The food was great! Service was fantastic! We will definitely be going back!!!
Awesome waiter, very kind, fun, good food
Reserved a table here as a back up in case original dinner plans fell through. But ended up just going there anyway and LOVED it. The food was amazing, the vibes were amazing, and it’s right in the heart of downtown. Big fan! Will definitely be returning.
Absolutely delicious deep dish pizza!
We had the Danny's special deep dish and it was truly fresh and filled with just the right mix of meats and veggies.
The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming, and ensured that our vax cards were indeed accurate and for us which was a plus.
Don't miss out on this great spot while in Chicago.
Great meal! Server was very quick to come to our table and was attentive throughout the meal! The crispy calamari and the burrata/basil deep dish were wonderful! Would highly recommend!
Note: deep dish portions are only 12’, which was a little too large for my party of two, but the quality of the pizza made it still 100% worth it!
We made dinner reservations at Labriola after a recommendation from the hotel concierge. The menu was perfect for our family (2 adults, and 2 kids-ages 6 and 10). The pizza was delicious-would highly recommend!
unfortunately didn’t get our waiters name but he was so kind! He checked in often, was very patient and just amazing! 10/10 service. All staff was very sweet!
We had a wonderful experience, Alyse, our server was attentive to our needs and served us with impeccable timing and professionalism. The eggplant Parmesan was delicious. We would definitely recommend to friends when they visit Chicago.
You charged me for ice!!! Can’t use the Covid excuse here. We’re ALL dealing with it. It’s ice…I.C.E!!!
The place was 4-1/2 starts until I got ‘iced’.
2 stars all day!!!
I’ve lived in the Chicago area for over 20 years and this restaurant, tucked away just off North Michigan Avenue, is in a league all it’s own. When it comes to Deep dish pizza. And When it comes to ambience.
Since first taking my daughter three years ago before seeing the nutcracker, I make it a regular stopping place whenever I’m visiting Chitown.
And longing for the Authentic Deep dish experience. Amen
Brunch was great! Thank you!
We had a phenomenal meal for my daughter’s birthday while we were in town celebrating. The staff, the food, the restaurant was amazing. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Chicago.
Great restaurant with wonderful food and ambiance. Felt like a small family business in the heart of the city.
Very warm and inviting. Great pizza, friendly wait staff.
New Year’s Eve dinner with my friends!! Our Waiter was amazing and food was great! Definitely going back
Hostess was kind of rude and unaccommodating but the wait staff and food were pretty okay.
Excelente atención . Excelente calidad de la comida . Muy amable el personal
The only poor review from our experience was specifically around a single dish that both my wife and I had. The Shrimp and Grits. It was an enormous pool of butter with some grits in the middle and bland shrimp. Generally love shrimp and grits, but couldn’t get through more than half of the dish.
The pizza and apps were good, the wine special was great, and the service/environment was overall good. We just picked the wrong dinner which was 50% of our experience.
We enjoyed our dinners. The garlic knot appetizer was the standout. So good!
Quick seating, fantastic server, and even better food! Highly recommend! The ambiance was great!
Not impressed, service was super slow on a non busy afternoon. some items lacked flavor needed salt.
Perfect salads, delicious home made pizza and very good sangrias
Great pizza, quality service
FAR exceeded expectations. With the location so close to the Mag Mile I didn’t have high expectations. (I’m an out of towner) but it blew me away. Fantastic food at a fair price. Minestrone was on par with some excellent Italian restaurants and the rustic style pizza and salad were great. Would definitely recommend.
The pizza was very good and a good value as we came on buy one get on free night. The garlic knots weren’t the best and a little pricey for what we got. Had to pay $1 extra for marinara sauce that was blah and bland. The restrooms upstairs were very messy, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days.
Food was horrible, service really bad. Don’t come here. Never come back.
My daughter and I had dinner at Labriola and it was delicious! Dinner for two, including two glasses of wine, cost $73.00. Very reasonable for downtown Chicago.
Poor service. Multiple orders were wrong. Never delivered bread or water despite asking multiple times. (We did get water finally, never any bread). Drink orders were all wrong and were just non-alcoholic beverages, nothing complex. Brought the wrong salad. Food took a long time but this latter point is understandable and just a reality of the times — just the service and inability to correct, or more that they didn’t care to correct.
We revisited the restaurant after 5 years and it was as delicious as ever. They were busy up front but quiet in the back. I was very thankful for our service and grateful we were well taken care of! The garlic knots calamari and pizza was out of this world. This place is were we come when craving Chicago deep dish pizza!!
They made our anniversary and proposal so amazing thanks a million .
Our family of 4 had a reservation at 7:15pm tonight. We didn’t even see our waitress until 7:40pm. While waiting for our waitress to even notice us, we were given 2 sets of silverware and 2 plates. Then we had to stop a different waiter to ask for rest of our family to have their own silverware and plates. He gave us 6 sets of both and it was obvious that he was annoyed that we even asked for silverware, when he wasn’t our waiter.
Our waitress came over and gave us bread and butter around 8pm and we ordered our dinner. She paid almost no attention to our table.
When we got our food, we noticed that our 5 year old’s dinner was missing. When we FINALLY got to ask our waitress, she said “oh the kitchen ran out of garlic knots and forgot to relay that to us”. At this time, it was about 8:30pm. I kept my smile and thought hey it’s Christmas Eve and I should keep things positive.
We picked a different dish for our son, and again it was a hassle for us to even get our waitress’s attention. By this time, our son was way too hungry and just too tired. In addition, my daughter’s food was not edible as her gnocchi was mushed and basically non existent. It was a cheese dip at this point.
My husband and I have plenty of experience in the restaurant business in the past. This place is one of the most overrated place we have ever been to. Horrible service and food. I do not recommend and will not recommend to friends and family.
Manager and server arguing in front of guests as we walked in. Host stand had a really poor presence. Bathroom was gross. Server was good despite one of our entrees going to the wrong table resulting in a wait for a pizza. Not our servers fault. All different color light bulbs in dining room. Does this place have any competent management?
We were placed at a very small table in a crowded and noisy part of the restaurant while plenty of other larger tables were available in a quieter and more spacious area. The pizza was over cooked.
The skinny deep dish pizza and calamari were delicious. Service was great and was a perfect spot for our Christmas Eve dinner. We will be back!
The food was very good. Especially the toasted ravioli! Service was great as well.
It’s great. Food, service, selection, all on point.
Delicious meal with great service! Wonderful ambiance, too! Was the perfect stop for our pre-theater meal. Looking forward to our next trip there.
Friendly service, great ambiance, delicious food. A great stop if you're in Chicago!
My husband and I went to Labriola’s Saturday evening.. never had a problem coming here.. unfortunately our waiter wasn’t so great …the family that was sitting next to us he was only really concerned on their needs… it took him forever to get a glass of water to our table that other waiters had to give us drinks.. we waited an hour for our food and we was giving the wrong pizza .. pizza was brought back to the kitchen and 10 minutes late another pizza was giving still not the right size and the pepperoni was burnt. Overall just a bad experience we had at labriola’s
I love Labriola Cafe! Hats off to Rich Labriola! I’ve been a customer since this Mag mile location opened, and was always happy with everything! The service was great! Everyone was so attentive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
