The food was delicious with a variety for everyone’s palate. The noise level was terrible. We had to shout across the table which was not conducive. Service was weird.

We like the "skinny deep dish" pizza, which we order almost every time we dine here. The service is usually good, despite the fact that the restaurant is always packed. Obviously, people love to eat here. We especially appreciate the fact that we can make reservations.

Probably some of the best meatballs I have ever had - and I’m a New Jersey Italian who knows a good meatball! Definitely a good place for a group - which is why I was there - but a little loud if you’re not familiar with the restaurant. Overall it was a good experience!

I had spaghetti and meatballs and it was just okay. The portion was huge but the pasta was overcooked and the marinara was bland. My date had chicken parm. Again the portion was huge--enought for two people--but overall it was bland. The service was excellent. The waitress was there whenever we needed her and had some good suggestions. The ambiance was just okay. We were in an area of the restaurant where the noise level was not bad but I could tell that was true in other areas. The prices were not unreasonable for downtown Chicago. Overall a good value if your are not too picky about Italian food quality.

Labriola is consistently excellent. The pizza is the best in Chicago and the service is always excellent. Labriola is simply dining perfection.

Absolutely delicious. Get the garlic knots. Get the lemon chicken. Not sure why they don’t have sweet tea, but otherwise perfection.
