The creative food, service, and atmosphere are exceptional. Great location and free parking in the city garage behind it. The owner is always there to greet you when you arrive and much of the staff has been there for years. Our favorite restaurant that we have patronized for 20 years. Highly recommended. BH

My wife and I Went for dinner on a Friday night, along with our toddler. Food was great, service was great, everyone was very friendly especially to our son. We’ve been a couple times and will be back many more.

Always have an amazing experience at ZaZa’s!! Love the atmosphere, love the staff, love the food and drinks! We had Lisa serve us and she was beyond delightful!!! She made the experience even better! Also we tried the bone in pork chop this time and it was delicious!! One of the managers helped squeeze us in to the music venue on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving! We feel lucky that ZaZa’s is in our hometown!!

One needs to make a reservation ahead of time as it gets really busy. The food is great but some items were in the saltier side. Noise level is a little loud but when one is tipsy and enjoying friends, food and ambience then it doesn't really matter. Service is amazing. We had Mike and the owner goes around to check on the guests.

Very good experience. My wife and I went here for our anniversary dinner. Food was great, service was great. It was a little cramped and it was a bit loud. But overall, very nice experience.

One of our favorite restaurants. been coming for 20 years. Now Live out of town but was visiting so made a reservation. Our server and food was excellent. Only disappointment was we were not given bread upon being seated as we usually do. We didn't need it but weren't even asked if we wanted it. Saw other tables around us get served bread as soon as they were seated so we felt overlooked. Also, I ordered a pasta dish and have always been asked if I want fresh parmesan on top. Not this time. Again, something felt a little off but still enjoyed our meal and would come again. Staff just needs to be reminded that the little things mean a lot to your customers.

Hi Eileen, Thank you for your review. We are shocked by the fact you did not get bread, we normally bring it upon any guest being seated so we are very sorry that may have happened! For the pasta issue, we have not asked if guests want parmesan on top since we used to grate it fresh tableside and that was over 15 years ago. We always have it available if a customer asks. Sorry that you felt this was a miss as well. We appreciate your patronage very much thank you again.

The baked artichoke with breadcrumbs and butter was great. The shrimp and scallop carbonara was a huge portion size and tasted excellent. The homemade coffee cake special was absolutely delicious!

The food was very good, but we (myself and another) were seated at a two person table seemingly right in the middle of two lanes of waiter traffic. Very had to hear and we were constantly getting brushed against by the waitstaff.

Server was very attentive but didn’t rush us. Drinks came out quick but amazingly so did our entrees. Broiled lamb chops with a delicious sauce and amazing veggies & roasted potatoes was delicious as was the linguine with the shrimp, scallops and pancetta. Great atmosphere and service and delicious food and drinks. We will be back.

The food was good (not great) and our table was lovely, but this restaurant gives new meaning to the term ‘turn and burn.’ From the moment I sat down at the table I felt like I was being rushed out the door. At one point, we were still eating our food (silverware in hand) & three different employees came up to us in under 5 minutes asking us if we want it wrapped up. There are other, better options in the area.

One of our favorite Italian restaurants and haven't been there in awhile. It was better than ever. Sat outside on a perfect evening. The food was spectacular, as I tried a dish I haven't had before. No complaints at all.
