Ha bajado mucho la calidad. Vamos hace mucho tiempo y notamos que la comida aunque sigue siendo muy bien presentada, ha ya no se percibe el sabor igual. De la misma manera, aunque tenemos muy claro que es una cocina lenta, la ultima vez que fuimos estuvo particularmente lenta, tomando casi 1:30 para llegar la comida, cuando sabemos que normalmente no es tanto. Finalmente, cuando llegó la comida estaba fría. En coctelería y servicio siempre un 100. Seguiremos yendo por eso, nos gusta mucho el lugar pero para cenar, despues de muy buenas experiencias, las ultimas dos veces nos mostró que la cocina perdió algo.

Ya habíamos ido una vez y había sido espectacular, pero esta vez nos esperaron con una mesa incómoda para 10, separados y las tuvimos que juntar nosotros. Los platos vinieron tibios todos. Los de carne eran imposibles de comer, la carne durísima y sin sabor y el pescado estaba hervido y con demasiado sabor dulce de las flores. No nos ofrecieron postre. Esta vez la experiencia no fue buena. Pero volveremos y seguro la próxima volverá a ser buena como la primera

Slow food indeed! Duraron demasiado hasta para traer la cuenta o llamar a algún camarero. El resto estuvo perfecto Y un poco de huya entrando y saliendo Por una puerta de servicio

It was our first time at La Yerbatera, and we chose it for Valentine's Day. The welcoming was good at first. The experience was structured in different stages, aiming to provide guests with a complete and unique experience. The environment was distinctive, with many candles burning and smoke filling the air. The food was good, though it could have been better. My husband ordered a steak and found it wasn't tender, while my dish was enjoyable but arrived at a slightly low temperature. The beverages were good. The best part was the dessert; it was an amazing combination of flavors, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Lastly, the service was decent but could use improvement. There was a long wait between our drinks and the food. One issue we encountered was that a candle on our table had burned out. When I asked for another candle, the waiter responded that they had no more candles available. This was disappointing, especially since the other tables had candles, even some that were unoccupied. Overall, it was a romantic dinner, but the lack of attention to our request detracted from the experience. Thanks
