   We enjoyed a great time and food. Everything was delicious, loved the salpicon de pollo and desserts were the best, as always. Maybe something that can be improve, is to serve a little more proteins. We will be back soon.

   Too much staple food: rice, bread, noodles... And only provide one drink: pisco sour. Better to add more seafood and provide juice, sparkling water etc.

   I showed up early for my reservation. I tried to find somebody to let them know. I was there for my reservation when I spoke to the employees they would turn their back on me and walk away. I stopped one employee and said look. I need your help I have a reservation. He said I would help you in a moment, walked away and never came back. I went to the bar, I talked to several people at the bar they ignored me. Finally I got a hold of one guy and I told him and he turned around walked away. I said look if you’re not gonna help me I wanna talk to your manager. They said there were no managers available to desk hotel to speak to manager and make a complaint they called security had me stand off to the side for 20 minutes with security saying that a manager was on his way and they were going to help me after 20 minutes security left without resolving the issue I wanted to make a complaint in the complaint book But instead, they called security on me to try to prevent me from making a complaint in the complaint book and insisted on making a complaint in the complaint and was finally allowed to do so while I was there they lied to me and they said that they never received The reservation so they received the reservation that was still no excuse for the rude unprofessional treatment. I received one of the managers mention that he saw me standing there with security the night before I said if you saw me standing there with security the night before why didn’t you come talk to me as I requested and why did they keep telling me that no Management was available The next day they told me they tried to call me, but since I have a United States number, they couldn’t reach me or it didn’t go through. I said that is another lie because I have day pass. I can receive calls in any country in the world and I checked my call log to make sure I didn’t miss any calls and I hadn’t , rude and professional treatment I missed my Valentine’s Day.
