   Excellent experience. We had out of state visitors from Oregon that were in Italy 🇮🇹 last fall they say that this is “spot on “, and the will be back.

   Excellent staff that took care of our table of 4 with attention to detail. Food was exceptional and can’t wait to go back again.

   Appetizers and entrees were all great. Flavors (artichoke dip, black truffles) were subtle but flavorful. So many interesting menu items it was tough to chose.

   We loved the feel of the restaurant and the food was wonderful. I had the plum, prosciutto with plum sauce. Delicious! A special. Will go again even tough the prices are high. Everything is!

   This was our second time here and probably our last. The noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation. The special tuna appetizer was very disappointing and extremely pricey for what it was. Risotto overcooked and mushy. The fish special was presented very well but it should at $50.00. Service seemed rushed. I thought this was our new Italian place, but we’ll keep searching.

   La Violetta never fails to delight all the senses. A warm greeting by Rosie, the proprietor, like we were long lost relatives made us instantly feel like we were at a favorite Aunt and Uncle's home for a special dinner Gregorio our guide to the delights recognized us from previous visits. His suggestions were all spot on; dinner was divine. The tagliatelle and sea bream special were noteworthy. Cheesecake Italian style and tiramisu were divine to complete the meal . Just some of many reasons La Violetta is the finest restaurant between Tampa and Naples.

    This was our first but definitely not our last visit. The ambiance was everything, the food was delicious and the drinks (Cosmo) was perfecto. And I am a snob when it comes to the making of my drink. Wait staff was super knowledgeable of specials and menu, very attentive. Although, we were there for my husband’s birthday nothing was mentioned after dinner to celebrate him. This was made known when making reservations that it was a birthday celebration. We left with full stomach’s and a small take home box which we ate later that evening. Truly a nice time and it was a nice experience.
