   This was the most incredible culinary experience I've had in my life. I believe we had seven or eight courses, and each one just built upon the previous. Every single item that we tasted was like ambrosia of the gods. I know that sounds overdone, but it's not. The chef would visit each table throughout the night and talk about the plate that was placed before us. If you're going to the island, this is something you do not want to miss.

   Une expérience gastronomique des plus agréables pour souligner mon 60e anniversaire de naissance. Le service était impécable, les plats savoureux et merveilleusement bien présentés et l'ambience très Zen.

   Beautiful ambiance, our meal was delicious however we felt the dessert was a bit underwhelming. At other restaurants of this caliber, for which we have been to many around the world, we have been fortunate to experience sweet treats from the chef outside of the regular menu. Overall it was a lovely dining experience.

   Always an amazing experience at Villa Hibiscus! The food and service was wonderful , we had the 3 course chef’s choice and everyone loved it . We will definitely do this again soon .

   My wife and I have been coming to the island for years, and only recently discovered this gem. Closest thing to a Michel star you can find on the island. Its well worth your while to experience. Will be putting this into our annual trip restaurant rotation going forward.

   Incredible food, staff. Made a substitution because I did not like duck. Chef greeted us in way in. Spectacular. Beautiful place.

    Dining of the highest standard! The food is superb, with very inventive flavour combinations that excite the palate. The food presentation is so artistic, and builds up excitement to start savouring the dish. The restaurant's design, decor, and attentive service always make for a very relaxing dinner. To expand on the 'attentive service', I'm a solo traveller, and therefore, often dine alone. At La Villa Hibiscus, I receive the same level of gracious service as tables with 2 or more guests. I greatly appreciate this level of equal service, because I don't experience that at most other restaurants. Overall, I love La Villa Hibiscus, because it always offers me one of the best dining experiences ever.
