Amazing food, exceptional service, ambiance and entertainment. We came to celebrate a friends anniversary and we were not disappointed. The signature cocktails were delicious. The lamb tangine was superb. Definitely recommend this hidden treasure and we will be back!
I was told about La Vie Lebanese restaurant by a friend. I checked out other reviews which were very positive. So, my wife, myself and another couple went to enjoy the Mediterranean style food and belly dancing show. We were warmly greeted as we arrived and had our choice of seating. The owner, Abed, came over to say hello and introduce himself. He is running a really great restaurant.
The first thing I noticed was the size and decoration of the room. I thought, wow, this room is the size of a cruise ship dining room. It was soon filled with people enjoying the food and friends. I think many of the people come for the food as much as the belly dancing show. The food, service and atmosphere are top notch and we really enjoyed the evening at La Vie.
We absolutely loved this place! The food and service were impeccable.
This place was amazing...the food, drinks, staff, cuisine and overall ambience was great! I went with a couple of friends who were a bit apprehensive because it was a Mediterranean restaurant but upon walking in, they loved it. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to come back for a birthday dinner next month. They also have entertainment which is a plus!
I can not wait to eat here again! The food was great. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was a lot of fun.
What a fun place and very good food to boot. My only criticism that the pours of wine and liquor were a little short of the amt. I would expect for the prices charged. Belly dancer was energetic and enjoyable to watch. The saxophonist while talented played too long and made it difficult for conversation
Went here for dinner with friends - a party of four. It has been very cleverly designed and is an interesting place to have dinner. The service is friendly and efficient although as it is a very busy place, The food is excellent - and probably the best Lebanese I've ever experienced. The starters are very varied and when served family style, make for a fun way to kick off the meal. The mains are excellent. The Lebanese wines are good value. An excellent evening and we will be back.
Had an outstanding time at La vie. Food was delicious, authentic, fresh and full of flavor. We enjoyed it so Great, trendy place for couples and small groups to eat, drink and socialize.
This is a very authentic Lebanese restaurant in Florida. Their food is so authentic that my Lebanese friends go there regularly and say it feels like home. I love their stuffed vine leaves, fattoush salad, babaganoush, hummus and lebne. our server selena is super professional and helpful to choose from the menu.
Amazing tasting food! Great service! Thank you Rasheed! I would recommend taboule and hummus to start and the chicken and rice platter. The plates are very filling. I would recommend the wine as well. It atmosphere is very nice. Always good music playing. i loved the atmosphere service and food! Definitely check it out if you like Mediterranean food.
First time there. Great service, ambiance. Waiters were top-notch. Food not as good. Snapper was dry and salty. Lamb chops over cooked. I may give it another try.
We have been here several times for dinner and have never disappointed. The food is great, the service is excellent and always enjoy the entertainment.
Another very enjoyable dinner at La Vie. The food was great -- and the saxophonist playing during dinner made for a nice touch. And we all enjoyed watching the belly dancer.
Wonderful experience from the first minute we entered the restaurant. Service was impeccable. Ivan, our server, was knowledgeable about the menu and the food. Food was delicious. I will absolutely visit again when I am in the area.
La Vie combines great food with a beautiful setting and (on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays) professional belly dancing. It is a wonderful place for a festive dinner.
Always amazing! Love La Vie in every way!
Wonderful dining experience as USUAL
A friend was visiting from out of town and happens to be from Lebanon. We were excited to take him to a Lebanese restaurant to get a first hand review. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed La Vie and verified its authentic Lebanese food. It was delicious!
If you close your eyes eating, you might find yourself in Beirut... Honestly delicious and very authentic even with the slight modern twist, it has its charm and you have your privacy at your table. Service was very good, professional and friendly...will definitely be back on my next trip to florida
Perfect place to dine with friends
Service from Rachid and Mohamed was perfect
We love that place
The food was fresh, authentic, and well presented. We loved the fresh baked pita, and our server was kind enough to refill our bread basket upon request. Lunch on Sunday was quiet and allowed for conversation without being hurried.
The drinks were too pricey; and the food, for lunch, was somewhat expensive. I would go to La Vie more often if the prices were more moderate. Lunch for two which included one drink each, appetizers, two lunch entries, and coffee with the tip totaled $140.00!
The food is awesome. Fair prices for what you get.
This is the second time we’ve dined here and it was as we remembered, excellent. I would
Recommend this place for sure!
The food is delicious and the service is outstanding.
Service was great, food was wonderful but there was a guy filming the show blinding patrons with his lights and making it difficult to watch show. This filming should have been done when restaurant was closed with staged patrons if needed. Paying customers should not be subjected to this.
I saw this place on Open Table and decided to try it afterwork with a co-worker. To my surprise it was a great experience. I loved the seating arrangements, we had a reservation. We were greeted and treated like gold. The ambiance is soft and mellow, the waiters were friendly and attentive and the prices were reasonable. We ordered a bottle of Lebenese wine, Hummus and falafel for appetizers and main course seasoned chicken. Everything we ate was delicious. We will be returning...!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was timely and the food was excellent.
my wife is from Lebanon and we know a bit about how Lebanese food should taste like. I can categorically say that this is one of the best outside of Beirut. The mezzes are tasty, the chicken kabob and beef kebap are out of this world. Plus the service is superb
ust by chance found this restuarant on the internet. Saw the Certificate of Excellence and thought we cannot go wrong. It was exceptional Lebanese food with exceptional staff who offer wonderful and friendly service. our waitress selena was so helpful in helping us choose from the very exotic dishes and each one was to perfection.
I noticed many Lebanease people patronising the restaurant which tell you it must be good. The decor was fabulous, very antique . For sure perfect for a date night, as the ambiance is very romantic, food exception and delicious and very reasonable.
The Lebanese wine was delicious and well priced.
I cannot wait to return to this restaurant.
It was really good! There was a live belly dancer and she was very talented. The food was excellent, the place was clean and our waitress was very friendly.
I’ve been here more than a few times with friends and I was so embarrassed tonight to bring my friends to taste Lebanese food, seriously the food tonight was terrible. We even sent one dish and got something else and same.
Tahini sauce! I mean what was that? Water( No taste.
Tabbouleh not tasty at all.
Baba ganoush was old and dry and no taste.
Mixed grill chicken was ok, I mean how can you go wrong with chicken. The ground beef kebab dry and tasteless.
This wasn’t anything close to Lebanese cuisine.
Sorry the food was bad, The only thing we enjoyed was a bottle of Lebonese red wine and each other’s company.
This place is the real deal. Very unusual to find authentic Lebanese food in such an unassuming location, but this place is it. Well worth the travel. Heard they have belly dancing Wednesday and Friday, will have to stop by to check it out.
Fantastic and authentic food which is served by a friendly, caring, and attentive staff. One of the very best restaurants in South Florida.
We were visiting the area and found this gem by chance. We were so glad we did! The food was fresh and delicious, the decor was amazing, and the wait staff were attentive, prompt, and helpful with menu choice. The ladies room was spotless which is always a great indicator for me. I wish we lived closer so we could come more often!
We were told about this restaurant by friends who have been there. Food and service were great. We will be returning again soon.
Amazing food.....amazing service......never had lebanese food ...but now my girlfriend and i are convinced....we will definately be back......ps. the turkish coffee is crazy good as well
The Dancer was fun. The Atmosphere was fantastic. The Food (Lamb Tagine) was so very tasty, Everyone enjoyed their meals. The staff was excellent, timely, courteous we enjoyed ourselves- second time there and would definitely go back again!
We had a wonderful dinner at la vie. . . and now we are fast fans of Lebanese food. We decided to order 4 things off of their appetizer menu and share an entree. We paired it with a crisp Chardonnay and had an amazing meal that lasted all night for us.
The grape leaves were terrific, and the tabbouleh was the helpful palate cleanser we sought. The Spicy Hommus took me back to when I would dine at a Lebanese friend. The falafel was a star - I ordered them to have a fried crunch, but I didn't expect to love them as much as I did. They were light, and the crisped textures went well with the spicy inside.
Batata Harra was a surprise - it sounded simple from the menu: spicy potatoes with garlic and coriander. And it looked fairly unremarkable. BUT - the flavor and texture stopped us in our tracks. We enjoyed this decadent dish and recommend it highly.
We also did the Spicy Shrimp (can you sense a theme here?), which was fabulous - particularly followed by a cold sip of wine.
his is a very good restaurant. I had plain hummus, a totally wonderful tabouleh, ful medames and spiced potatoes. it was a fantastic meal. I have also visited the restaurant for lunch and had a very good lamb kofta. Service was top . la vie is very recommendable.
Great food , amazing ambiance and great service
