Elegant yet relaxed, La Véranda at the Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, is an enticing all day restaurant, close to Nice and Monaco. Choose from an array of à la carte Provençal dishes or try the Chef’s daily recommendations. The menu is enhanced by freshly baked breads, delicate pastries, homemade ice cream and other culinary specialties, prepared in our own state of the art kitchen. For al fresco dining, the terrace is a tranquil sanctuary, shaded by hundred year old Aleppo pines and offering magnificent Mediterranean views. It’s a magical Saint Jean Cap Ferrat restaurant setting.

There is no other score than 5 stars. A beautiful restaurant nestled in an even more beautiful hotel, with gracious staff and exquisite decor.
The meal was flawless. Friendly staff met us at the door, led us to the restaurant, and seated us immediately. A small stool was delivered so my purse didn’t have to sit on the floor (a lovely touch). A delicate beetroot puree and fresh breads was a perfect start. The real triumph was our starter (although all parts of the meal were absolutely phenomenal): the squash and sage gnochettis. I will dream of this dish anytime I think about our trip to to Nice. Petite gnocchi in a brown butter/sage sauce with squash… absolutely to die for. Our mains, steak and braised turbot either mussels, were both 5 star.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Add in the convenience of booking on open table, and o could not ask for more.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. Everyone—from the valet to the receptionist, the host, and all the waiting staff—was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening.
The food was equally exceptional, with unique and creative items on the menu. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the portion sizes were generous, especially for a fine dining establishment. One standout was the Green Velvet cocktail, which was simply phenomenal.
Overall, the entire evening exceeded our expectations, and it truly lived up to the high reputation of both the restaurant and the hotel. We had an unforgettable experience and look forward to returning!
