   The service is amazing and food came out reasonably fast. We were four and were there for my son’s birthday (which wasn’t even acknowledged). We ordered a few starters and one of the items was a tagliere di salumi (meat and cheese board) they brought it out and there was a stack of focaccia 3 types of sliced salami and prosciutto and ONE small slice of cheese. Now you can pay for extra cheese (and we would have if we knew we needed to) but I mean it’s for 4 people you can at leas put one small piece each or match the 3 types of meat but not ONE that’s rediculous! The other issue was the pasta “fresca” which is NOT “Fresca” at all it’s from a box, again don’t offer something if you can’t provide it, it literally has its own section on the menu. People are not stupid and when ordering a specific food you expect to get what is described i even switched the type of pasta with a Fresca one because i wanted fresh made I can eat pasta from a box at home and not pay $30 for it. However the food tasted amazing and came out piping hot and was good as well as the overall price, but we probably won’t be back or referring anyone. I would like to add that we were at the other location last year for Mother’s Day and loved it and came back to try this location as its lake front but we’re were fairly disappointed.

   We often go to LaVecchia for brunch and we are never disappointed. the menu is varied and the food great. Portions are generous. Good deal for the price . The ambiance is fun and the personnel always present to take care of you without being too much.

   This place is amazing. Love the ambiance and the energy was incredible with every table full. Staff is amazing and food is excellent. It was my wife’s birthday and they made it very special for her. The owners definitely know how to run a restaurant.

   Ambience was nice. Penne arrabiata was very good. Sienna chicken was small and not hot. Pizza was just okay. Took 45 min to get our appetizers. Another half hour to get our entrees. It’s not cheap. Won’t be going back.

   I requested to be seated in the patio, they said it is a busy night and they can’t promise anything. When we reached there we requested again. They said nothing in the Patio is available, but someone came right after us and they seated that couple in the Patio, we saw at least 3-4 couple being seated in the patio after us. We even said we don’t mind waiting, they straight up said nothing is available.

   My wife and I had an absolutely amazing date night at La Vecchia , and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! As residents living in the building above, we’re so lucky to have such an incredible restaurant right at our doorstep. The food was exceptional—we started with their delicious arancini. The fresh homemade pasta was divine, cooked to perfection with rich, authentic flavors. My wife loved the braised beef, and I chose the lamb, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Every bite was a delight! The service was impeccable—attentive and skilled, I appreciate the correct wine service, warm, and genuinely welcoming by the management. The atmosphere was romantic and intimate, with just the right ambiance for a special evening. We’re already planning our next visit—La Vecchia is a true gem, and we’re thrilled to have it as our neighborhood go-to. Highly recommend!

    We had a great time celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. The server Lia was amazing and the food was excellent. Loved the atmosphere. A great experience!
