Best pasta dish I've ever had - the orecchiette with maitake mushrooms. My wife had the beef cheek stracci pasta and that might be the second best pasta I've ever had. Have the pasta.

Salmon was yummy, they created a huge vegetable platter for my older son and my younger son had pepperoni pizza and just loved the dough. Great Experience! The restaurant & service are great, the dessert choices and quality are subpar. They need to add desserts comparable to the menu choices. The reason for limited desserts was space, suggest getting desserts from an outside source if they don’t have storage space.

Food and service best in years

The food is wonderful!! Some items the prices were slightly high. The fruit de mar is a little too pricey for what exactly is in it. Otherwise, everything was delicious! The service felt pretty good too! I will definitely return to try some other items on the menu! The chef is obviously very talented.

Our server Josh was so attentive. Everyone was so nice and really took care of us. The cocktails were delish and the food!!! Soooo good!!! It’s my new go to dinner spot.

The service matches that of The Strip and went above that level. I felt like we were always being constantly refilled or asked how the meal was. Will be coming back here for the service, let alone the food was outstanding!

The food was fantastic and the service excellent! I highly recommend La Strega. Make reservations way in advance if you need a specific time. We made ours several days in advance and chose 5:15p seating. Had the place to ourselves for a half hour. It was great!

Incredible food. Attentive knowledgeable staff. We felt comfortable asking questions and had fun with letting the bartender make whatever he wanted for us. We will definitely be back as often as we can.

Wow! What a great dining experience. Everything about this restaurant is ideal customer service. Even with the start of making the reservation over the phone and their flexibility with us in order to get us a later reservation was phenomenal. The wait staff was amazing and Knowledgeable. The food and the theme of the dining was wonderful. We had the mussels and were eating the broth at the end with a spoon.

Food was delicious. We had appetizers, dinner meals and shared a dessert, and each one was perfect. My only criticism was that the portions were not that plentiful We are not huge eaters, but ended up finishing everything because the portions were on the small side - and our dinners were pasta dishes! I could see someone with a larger appetite not being satisfied because of portion size. Service was excellent!!

All in all great experience. But since we were there during eastee sun, the menu was very limited. Wish there were more selection but we still enjoyed our food.

This was an unmatched dining experience — from the management to the service to the food and the ambiance. The servers are so knowledgeable and friendly, and they truly do think of everything. I had mentioned in my reservation that it was for a celebration, and at least three people (including the manager and our server) were congratulated my best friend, and they gave us an additional dessert plus a card to acknowledge his accomplishment. I’ve never seen this in another restaurant, and it is a kindness that will not be forgotten!

The food and cocktails were amazing (some of the best pasta I have ever had) and the Nutella mousse was to die for. I will definitely be back. Thank you, La Strega!!

Went last night and it was a great find off the Strip. If you are staying on the Strip, it's worth the short trip up to Summerlin. Nice room, music was not too loud. The food was spectacular. I didn't take photos but probably should have. Maybe next time. I have seen a lot of reviews talk about the pizza and it's great since it comes from a wood fired oven. Don't miss the fish like anchovies or sardines if they are on the menu. Really creative and great. We didn't have the pasta, but it is all fresh and homemade. Their bolognese sauce is interesting since they use Ndjua in it which gives it some kick. I had whole fish and it was super. Done in the wood fired oven. The service was fantastic. Not rushed. I thought the wine list was well chosen and well priced for a restaurant of this quality. They have corkage of $20/btl limit two. If you have some great Italian wine in your cellar you want to drink this would be a good spot. Don't go to the wine shop and buy a bottle on the way in. They have some fun amaro's to drink as well. Would love to see them set up a retail fish shop next door. They do one every so often but I'd love to be able to buy fish through them at a regular clip. Coming from Chicago, I was looking for places like this. True gem of a place.

If you are looking a for a suave, local Italian place that is super reasonably priced, with great, attentive service, this is it. The truffle pizza was a delight, as was my stracci pasta with mushrooms.

Great restaurant for any occasion. Tucked away in Summerlin, this place is like a little jewel box filled with perfection. Staff is amazingly attentive, friendly, detailed and the food - well, everything we have had on our few visits has been so fresh and obviously prepared with love and attention to the ingredients. Seasonal, handmade, coastal Italian, nice wine list and great, inventive cocktails. We love this place! It will be our “go-to” in the neighborhood for years to come.

Excellent service... the waiter Matt explained the menu completely and helped us order our wine. The braised cheek pasta is SO delicious!! We ordered the caprese mozzarella with the salad/salami which was very tasty. Love this place and I will be back for sure!

This is one of my favorite off-strip dining experiences! The team is incredible and extremely detail oriented. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable on every dish and drink on the menu, and the food is alway outstanding!

It was amazing!!! It was my birthday and they even surprised me with desserts not just one but four amazing!!! Definitely will be going back again!

The environment was fun, energetic, yet relaxing. The entire staff from top to bottom were very kind, professional, knowledgeable of their products and delivered impeccable service.

Finally tried La Strega now that Covid restrictions have been relaxed. Great menu and delicious food. Our server Reagan was incredibly accommodating. It is right in our neighborhood so we will go back! And recommend to friends too.

Has the pei mussels. They were amazing. My husband who usually dislikes mussels went back for thirds. The stracci is always amazing.
