   Food was okay. Hangar steak tacos were surprisingly greasy. We went with another couple and they shared an order, they received their dinner about 10 minutes before us. They started eating and were almost done before ours arrived. I saw our server look at our table with a concerned look when she saw that half the table was eating and there was nothing on the other side of the table. I'm thinking that our dinners were sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered because they were barely warm when we got them. The music was SO LOUD even though we asked to sit in the "outer" area. We had to shout to each other to be heard. It was louder than you would get at a loud nightclub. Won't be back. There are Mexican restaurants with much better food for less out there.

   It was okay. Waiter was pushy and inpatient. Food had no taste what so ever . No salt/pepper. Felt uncomfortable like we were being watched to make sure we don’t leave without paying for our food.

   The service was exceptionally slow and when my order came out it was wrong. I tried this restaurant out based on reviews I saw and decided to give it a try. It did not live up to the hype.

    Decent to good food, just OK service. They tried to seat my party of 6 at a 5-top, even though we had a reservation. Appetizer plates were dirty, and we had to ask three times before we got enough sets of silverware. Drink order was incorrect, but the ordering had been so difficult that it wasn’t worth trying to get it fixed (though that wasn’t offered in any case). The food, once it arrived, was fine, and the check arrived promptly.

    It was loud. A lot of restaurants are loud. The floors are all bare concrete, no coverings on the walls nothing to absorb sound. The seats were uncomfortable and the floor plan was odd. It didn't look as nice in person as in the photos. The food was good though, although for me a bit on the spendy side. I don't know how people afford to live these days. I feel bad writing a bad review.

    The food was fantastic--lots of great flavors! I've eaten shrimp fajitas in dozens of restaurants, and these may have been my favorite! Unfortunately, we went on National Margarita Day, so the "special" margaritas were very weak, and worse yet, they hired a DJ/musician and the music was WAY to loud--the decibel alarms on our watches kept alerting us...a warning we did not need as it was very uncomfortable. I don't think that's the norm for this place, however, so I would highly recommend it!

    So I have been a long time fan but the Post-COVID experience was not good. Service was bad. Ordered drinks and the waitress was gone for close to 15 min. I saw them sitting on the bar, and so they sat. When I finally saw her again I reminded her and she went and got them. Forgot refills on the sodas as well. The menu has changed from the detailed large book menu to a plastic two side menu like On The Border would have. Less options and still the main entrees are $25-$38. The food itself was good. It always has been. Great flavors and well prepared. The challenge is limited items and poor service don't overcompensate for the food. I am sure I will give it another try but was not impressed this time.

    The service was incredibly slow and the food was nothing special. Even the table side guac was bland (we ordered medium) and more than once we had to track down our server for service. Restaurant was not that busy. We won’t be coming back.

    The owner needs to learn about ADA when it comes to service dogs. We felt uncomfortable and unwanted because of our service dog. Practically almost threw us out. We had a gift card to this restaurant and wanted have a nice dinner while shopping at Tysons corner. Never again! We will go back or recommend this restaurant

    Our starters came out fast but our meals came out extremely slow and our sever made our experience the worst. The food was good though and this is the first restaurant we ate at where the sodas was non refillable which was definitely different. She bought me out spicey fajitas when I made it clear I don’t eat spicey food. It was not a good experience.

    The churros were soft and flimsy, they fell apart almost as soon as you picked them up. The dipping sauce for the churros was very thin and lacking flavor. The passion fruit flan tasted like cough medicine. The only saving grace was the guacamole and fajitas. It was overpriced, 12 dollars for a bland tortilla and cheese that I could make myself for about five bucks. The restaurant wasn't busy but my server was rarely there, causing me to seek out assistance. This is an overpriced and flavorless restaurant, other than for the guac, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

    We had a fabulous evening at La Sandia. The food and service were terrific. We especially like the guacamole, fish tacos, rice and beans. I was very impressed with the service. It was quick and responsive.

    We had friends in town for the weekend and we all were excited to try La Sandia! We were terribly disappointed in the service and drinks. Granted, we had an 8p reservation and they closed at 9p so we thought maybe that’s why the service was so SLOW! They were trying to clean up and shut down and I get it but at the same time, you have paying customers to tend to. The margaritas were terrible and watered down so we sent them back. The food was delicious so that was the saving Grace! I had the shrimp enchiladas, my girlfriend said the steak quesadilla was good but too much cheese and fatty parts of the steak and her fiancé said the salmon was really good! I would go back for the food!

    This is a fairly nice Mexican restaurant inside the mall. Not terribly innovative food. Mostly standard fare, but it was tasty. Service was farily slow. We had to ask for water multiple times, or waited a long time for a refill. We enjoyed our food, even if it was a little pricey for the value.

    Really cool bar area with punched metalwork, next time I go back will snap a few pics for Instagram. Sangria was good, food was good, nothing particularly outstanding or unique but would go back even though may seem slightly over priced for what it is.
