   We went for our 1 year marriage anniversary and welcomed with a delicious sparkling wine and wishes by the manager. The place is very cozy and well organized, and a wonderful service was provided by the team. The food was very good and for a good price. Excellent place to go, we will return in the future. We had an excellent experience!

   Nice place, unassuming, extensive wine list, food had a potential but didn't quite deliver. We had two mains, both came with mash. Mash was cold, we sent back one of the meals just to be reheated, half an hour later we had to ask for it, it only came back then, it was obviously forgotten in the kitchen. No apology nor any acknowledgement. Host was very nice but the girl dealing with us wasn't overly interested, customer service wasn't her thing. Disappointing really.

   While visiting Dublin, we came across a recommendation for La Ruelle French Bistro. La Ruelle is a cozy restored tucked away on a lane way off Dawson St in the City Center. My wife loved the baked brie with both crusty and regular bread and a light, green salad with oil and vinegar to mix at the table. I was very pleased with my braised lam shank. I couldn't resist the taste tatin for dessert, and my wife enjoyed my ice cream. The place was quiet at 6:30, but bustling and noisy by 7:30. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

   The food and service were excellent. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at La Ruelle.

   A lovely evening spent with friends enjoying great food & service from the team at La Reuille. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
