    Absolutely everything about La Riv was amazing! Great date night. The food was on point. They make a very nice Old Fashioned and the wine selection was impressive. Our waitress was always there when we needed something but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our date. Try the bread pudding and/or the tiramisu.

    Delicious food paired with nice bottle of wine for our 21st anniversary dinner on a Wednesday evening,casual but sophisticated enough to be something special. Unexpected piano music was a plus,the wait staff extraordinary!!!

    The service was great as it always is. The food was very rich and so good. We shared the chiabatta bread with an herb and garlic tomato dipping sauce. Our entrees were the short rib pasta and the salmon with seasonal vegetables. Then we shared the tiramisu to finish off our night. Every visit is great and we plan to come back for years to come.

    Our service was excellent especially considering the good-natured teasing one of us gave the waitress. The food was excellent and the martini was good. We will definitely come back again sometime! (PS I love that you have a full bar but you need to invest in some martini glasses!) Cathi

    This was our second time here and I must say I feel that they cook the best steak I have ever had in my life! The sautéed spinach is to die for and the truffle Mac and cheese is outstanding. The staff are so polite and pleasant and the restaurant is always clean peaceful and cozy. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!

    Ordered the roasted half chicken this time and it was delicious. Didn’t expect the sauce it came with and that was good. The waitress at the bar, missed her name, was wonderful. Cute little blonde (no disrespect) and very cheerful. I rated the ambiance a 4 only because I had to battle some flies. Otherwise always great eating here.

    Food and service was great, we had tuna tartar and I’m not sure I would order that again despite usually really loving it. But the Shrimp Scampi and Braised Beef Pasta were both excellent and I would certainly order them again. I would have liked a little more from the ambiance of the restaurant. Over all great restaurant.

    The food was delicious with generous portions & a great flavor. We shared the Beef bruschetta as an appetizer and enjoyed a bottle of wine with our meal. There were 3 of us and we were relaxed and in no way rushed.

    The food was great. Having the chef visit the table was an added bonus. The server was new and did her best. I would just recommend though sense my reservation was made as an Anniversary reservation that next I get an experienced server and not sat right next to the patio entrance/exit. That was very distracting and annoying if I’m being honest. The male bathroom wasn’t in as nice as shape as it should have been. But overall it was a good experience.

    This was a great spot. Our twins were graduating from college and we made a reservation for 9 people. It was great that it was kind of separated from the main dining area. The food was so good and service was great!

    Goodness, what a great place to meet friends and family. The food, service, menu and wine list are all outstanding. Love this place - priced well for the quality and service. This is a great place for dinners, dates, out of town friends and family as well as a drink after work.

    We ate early so the Friday afternoon clientele was energetic. Our service was prompt, attentive and accurate. The wedge sa lad was unusual but delicious. The Oso Buco was filling enough for two and delicious.
