Glad that a good Italian restaurant came to Severna Park..always been good
Great food, great service, great place.
It’s a weekly event to dine at La Posta.
Pizza was great! Love the fresh ingredients and Italian style. Companions all ordered scampi.
La Posta is a sweet "new" restaurant in Severna Park, good for lunch or a quick dinner. Charlie Priola, the owner, is a delight. I love the option of either grilled or fried calamari...takes me back home to my Italian roots. And I was pleased to be able to get GF pasta (penne) with my mouth-watering salmon. Server was pleasant, but very busy and needed reminding about bringing bread to the table and offering grated cheese with our meals. My husband is surprised that there is no basic Italian spaghetti and meat sauce or meatballs offered, which he loves: he opted for a margharita pizza, which looked tasty. A nice casual go-to place very close to home.
Truly exceptionally delicious food! High quality ingredients well prepared! Already thinking about when to return!
We really enjoyed it and definitely will be back.
I love this place! Everyone is always so welcoming. They will do everything they can to make your experience a good one. Savannah is my favorite sever. Kaylee is very good behind the bar or waiting on us. Charlie always remembers us and greets us with smile and a hug. The food is great and consistent which is very important. So glad they opened such a nice restaurant in Severna Park!!!
Great addition to Severna Park--and expanding shortly. Arturo (from Annapolis and Glen Burnie) influenced so dishes like grilled Calarmari is great. Wide range of specialty pizzas. Was there on Tuesday night for half price bottle of wine night which was a night surprise. Co-owner very hospitable and friendly--and eager to please. Would love see some other imports from Arturo's as well such as Tuna Carpaccio etc. But overall great to have more options in SP.
Although the crowded environment caused a delay in the initial greeting and drink orders, the server was well informed and friendly. The food arrived as ordered and it was delicious.
Excellent food and service. We love this place!
The food was really good and the wine/beer selection is quite good. Apps, Salads and pizzas are reasonably priced. Personally, I do feel that the pasta and meat entrees are a bit pricey for the amount that you get. I paid $23 for some spaghetti and 5 sauteed shrimp. Not worth the money. Don't get me wrong, it was delicious, but I don't feel it was worth $23. My husband ordered the lobster ravioli special and was given 5 raviolis for $27. I will go back, but will only get Apps and pizza.
outstanding as usual-great addition to the neighborhood.
2nd time there & the same great experience! very delicious Italian. Very family oriented. Price point a little on the high side but worth it if you love tasty food! Will be going back to taste more.
Took our friends there for first time and they loved it
Delicious food and wonderful service - glad to have a place to eat in Severna Park. Pizza is great.
Pasta was very fresh and we went on half price wine night!
Great food, excellent service and friendly atmosphere. We had a large party and our waiter, Shawn, couldn’t have done enough for us. Our friends from Baltimore county loved La Posta and plan to return. It’s become one of our favorite spots
This little gem has been discovered, so it's hard to get in for dinner without a reservation. Pizza is delicious, Grilled Calamari is world class. A bit on the noisy side but a great find in Severna Park.
Great neighborhood find in an area where there is a dearth of good solid places to go for a nice informal evening. The grilled calamari was excellent, as was the fresh mozzarella/speck pizza and the clam linguine. Good service and nice wine list. Suggest you make a reservation!
Met up with some friends and had a wonderful time. Meal was delicious and our waitress, Savannah was outstanding. I made reservations ahead with Open Table and we were seated immediately even tho restaurant was full.
Will definitely be going back to restaurant again.
Great food, outstanding service but a bit pricey.
The food was delicious. Our server was very friendly and attentive.
We went to LaPosta for a Valentine's Day lunch. The food was delicious, as usual, and the noise level is less at lunch than at dinner. It's nearby, and we really like the food - certainly the closest we're going to get to "we're in Italy" in the suburbs.
On our first visit, we found delicious Italian food in a lovely atmosphere. We were there on a Monday night, so the crowd was light. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely return!
Food was amazing and our server was fantastic. Food took a little while even though it wasn't too busy. Will definitely go back.
Great staff, pizzas are pretty close to perfect
We’re new to the area and this is our second visit to La Posta. Both visits were delightful and we’ll be regulars.
Awesome place. They now take reservations! La Posta is now a weekly date!
Disappointing visit for lunch with family
Food was not awesome
Pizza was cold
Prices rather high
Previous visits were better
Great casual neighborhood spot
The best! The food is always amazing and service superb!
This was our first time as La Posta often has a wait to get in. It is worth waiting or planning in advance and making a reservation. We were greeted by two friendly hostesses including a lovely young woman named Selah.
Had spaghetti and meatballs. Not on the menu but its available. The sauce was outstanding -so flavorful-a combination of magic the chef whips up in the kitchen.
Had the special of the day-a stuffed pork roast with julienned vegetables and mashed potatoes. The veggies melted in your mouth-and I dont like vegetables. The pork was tender, cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful.
I wish they had some northern Italian dishes-francese, picatta or saltimbocca. The bread delivered to the table was yummy but scarce. would have liked more and maybe some grated cheese to add in to the oil dip.
Overall a surprising and pleasing experience. Loved seeing the chef come out of the kitchen and interact with customers. There was a lot of good energy.
Highly recommend. Didn't give it 5s because I don't give 5s except to my most favorite restaurants anywhere. La Posta is excellent and I don't hesitate to recommend. Enjoy~
Terrific pizza! Beautiful to look at and wonderfully FRESH tasting!
I would have given all 5 stars but I tasted my niece's ceasar salad and was disappointed. I expected an italian restaurant to have a more authentic ceasar salad. I have no complaints about anything else--the rest of the food was good and the service was excellent! Will definitely be back.
These folks have created an absolute gem of a neighborhood joint. Anything we order is completely top notch. Service is personalized to the point of our favorite waitress remembering our son’s order. We like to think of ourselves as regulars, as we miss La Posta when we haven’t been for a couple of weeks. The pasta fagioli is the best around. The salads, pasta, fish dishes and pizzas are not to be missed. The Arancini is as good as my Sicilian grandmother’s. The gnocchi is a very special dish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend La Posta, and in fact, take all of our out of town visitors.
Great pizza dough. Worth the price. Get dessert!
My pasta dish was delicious. The pizza dough is soggy and you have to eat it with a knife and fork, but very tasty. Next time I will request it to be crispy.
Always love this place. Great food fabulous service. Can’t say enough good things.
Pizza was true neopolitan style, but pricey, which pizza in Naples typically isn't. Restaurant is very loud. Not a good ambiance for the price. This was our second time going, hoping it was better the second time, but it wasn't. Experience not worth the price.
