   Food was ok we’ve been here a couple of times before and had a great experience this time it was not it. Food was lacking seasoning aside from the fact that we didn’t receive the side dish we ordered, when we were finally able to flag down a server and let them know he simply said ok and only took it off the bill. Timing for each course was off as well it took way too long in-between to receive each course. I’m am currently pregnant and attended dinner with a very well behaved 2 year old and my husband, we were sat being a table that was smoking both cigars and cigarettes which made the entire experience less than desirable, I made it very apparent that we were uncomfortable yet there was no effort to move us or make any accommodations. We saw our main server only to order and to pay, we had to wave down different servers to explain our missing food situation and ask for the bill. I would love to think that it was an off day for them but unfortunately after this experience I don’t think I see myself returning as there are many other restaurants in the area that offer superb service and food.

   While, this was a very beautiful restaurant setting on the beach in Tulum, we were greeted very rudely by the manager when we arrived asking if we could bring our own wine. They charge a $150 per bottle corkage fee. That was outlined somewhere in their policy, but we never saw it on the menu. The setting is fantastic. The food was good, but small portions and quite expensive.

   Beautiful ! Great food ! Service a little slow but that’s ok because you don’t mind basking in the ambiance !

   It was very expensive. It was tasty and the service was great but the prices were a bit ridiculous. We were paying beach club prices after the sun was set.

   Creative flavors in an enchanting ambience right by the beach. High tables, normal and low tables crate a very warm atmosphere where you can find people in casual beach clothing along others with flashy dresses. The food is an excellent presentation of Mexican flavors with emphasis on fish plates. We loved the shrimp casserole the grouper the sea bass ceviche among others but everything we ordered was great. Service was a little slow but I think that’s to be expected around here.

   Locale bello, piatti buoni, servizio buono anche se con un pó troppa fretta (ma vedo che in messico funziona così). Ma decisamente troppo troppo caro. 2 antipasti, 1 pesce diviso 2, un cocktail, una birra, 2 mezcal. 300 euro

    We were in Tulum for 10 nights. This was the best food we had anywhere! We ate the lobster with melted butter. The mashed potatoes were the best we ever had, in that they were 75% mashed and 25% cubed potatoes. My husband is a mashed potatoe connoisseur and he remarked “In my 70 years, these are the best”. The shrimp soup was delicious also. There was a specialty cocktail with tamarind in it and small cubes of pineapple that was incredible. Atmosphere wonderful.
