    We had a reservation at 4:45 PM and were excited to try this place for Father’s Day, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a really disappointing first experience. We placed our order about 20 minutes after being seated, but by 5:45 PM we still had no food—only drinks on the table. When we asked for the drink menu, the server dismissively said, "It’s all on the menu," even though it only listed alcoholic options. We had to specifically ask what non-alcoholic drinks were available for kids before he finally told us, with clear reluctance. After waiting so long and still no food in sight, we decided to ask for the check—and surprisingly, they had already charged us for the food we never received. The server said the food was coming out "any minute," and only then, several minutes later, did it finally arrive. Honestly, by then it wasn’t worth it. The food didn’t make up for the wait, and the service from our server was unfriendly and inattentive from the start. What stood out most was that another staff member, who wasn’t even our server, was polite, helpful, and clearly enjoyed his job—he was busy bringing out food and assisting other tables with a good attitude. It’s clear some staff here genuinely care about customer service, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at our table. On a day meant to celebrate, we left frustrated and disappointed. We won’t be coming back.

    All the food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Our puppy was very comfortable and relaxed on the patio and was provided a bowl of water when we were served our drinks! Friendly staff.

    The service was all over the place and we had 4 different waiters, they spilled on someone in my party two times and was super slowed service. Wouldn’t come back especially for the price point.

    This was our first visit to La Plume and we LOVED it. First there is the great choice of seating from outdoor patio to ground level indoors and then an upstairs with an amazing terrace and super view of the fun Well area. We expected the service to be top level as it's an OB restaurant and were not disappointed. And then there was the excellent food. We had gone for a special guest chef menu which was brilliant but the regular menu also looked tasty and interesting. We shall be back to try it.

    Ambience, good service, good music, but the food was mediocre at best. Small portions, overcooked, lack of flavor, and leaves a lot to be desired.
