   I ordered an appetiser and a main my order wasn’t taken for 15 minutes after sitting at my table my main arrived before my appetiser after 28 minutes after my order was taken and then they brought my soup which was cold two minutes after the main it was an entire fiasco and I will never go back there to eat again it’s really really poor service and they weren’t even that busy food was meh

   We had the spicy salami dolce pizza, it was delicious! Just not as hot ( temperature wise) as we would hv liked The spaghetti tomorrow was excellent

   I love the margarita “ruota di carro“ it’s thinner and more Italian tasting…..but honestly we go for the service Bea our server is beyond amazing and so friendly she makes the experience special every time

   The service was very slow and the pizza orders arrived a good 30minutes before the pasta orders so half the table ate slowly and finished cold pizza before the others even started! The starters arrived after the pizzas were half eaten. When booking there was a question asking if this dinner was for a special occasion which it was and I filled that in. It made no difference so why ask the question? Also, the menu was not that clear as to what was vegetarian and what wasn’t and no mention was made that the meat pizzas could be made vegetarian (again, there was a note on the booking form that one of us is vegetarian) I don’t plan to go there again any time soon. The food was okay but nothing special

   The Italian lunch menu was excellent. Provides a xhance to sample a couple of appetizers and a salad. We also ordered a pizz and a calzone. Delicious!

   We had lunch at the Eataly in Toronto today and it was a lovely experience. Highly recommend this location if you're in the area.

   Very overpriced. The portions are tiny and a glass of basic wine will run you $17 and up. We ordered three different pasta dishes and none were standouts. The Tagliatelle in particular was undercooked and very stiff. The restaurant is lively but a bit too noisy. A tiny plate of ravioli with a lemonade, non alcoholic, will set you back $40. I think people eat here simply because there are not that many options in the Manulife centre.

    Great lead waiter, Reid. But food delivery was way off. Mains arrived while we were still eating our salad. Giant plates, small tables and wait staff did not remove used plates, utensils, glasses. Staff not properly trained. That’s a management problem. Pasta was fine, but not amazing for the price and not worth the cost.
