    I'm very disappointed. The prices of the dishes have increased and the size of the portions has been reduced. The prices were too high. The pasta alla bolognese had almost no meat.

    Our server was excellent and the other staff were great. We enjoyed our meal and would have given it five stars if the beet salad was not so salty (when we’ve ordered it in the past it wasn’t). The fried artichokes were delicious but also somewhat oversalted. Both our pasta dishes were perfect.

    My girlfriend and I consider this “our” place and always go for dinner here whenever we meet for a movie at the Varsity. The pizza is excellent, the space is bright and lively, and the servers are always very nice and accommodating. We love that it’s consistent and reliably good quality. My only complaint is that the menu has changed since the last time we were there, and our favourite salad was dropped. We hope it makes a return at some point—we miss our Misticanza!

    Great welcome but table service not great Our main course was plonked down and our appetiser plates not cleared. Not offered Parmesan or pepper had to ask. Food good and nice wine.

    Took a few visiting colleagues to Eataly for lunch. They really enjoyed the experience.

    Had spinach pasta ravioli tge flavor was great but the pasta shell was under cooked The sauce was perfect...I was under overwhelm with presentation of food I was somewhat disappointed

    I’ve said this many times, but the restaurant needs to have more plant base nutrition offers on the menu. You can get much more plant base vegan options in Italy then you can’t hear in Toronto. So the only thing I’ve ever eaten in that restaurant is the Pasta Polmodaro

    The server was very nice but inexperienced. He should’ve told us that the appetizers were for 1-2 people (we were 4) they were terribly small for the price will not be ordering them again (Roman bruschetta for 17$ 2 small pieces of bread with some ricotta on it and peas). Also charging for bread which once came with the prosciutto is a bit disappointing. Prices have visibly increased while quality and service has stayed the same and portions have been reduced. Should definitely keep classic appetizers and have seasonal appetizers on a separate menu. Not a fan of a constantly changing menu especially since I’m used to the same ones for over 3-4 years now. Also charging 6$ for a mola cola is criminal (this was my experience last time I came not tonight) I figured I should mention it as it’s apart of the broader price hikes it seems. I can walk down the aisle and buy it for 2$ in the same store, it doesn’t make any sense. Charging me 4$ for ice and a glass is ridiculous. Pizza was good still same quality but pasta portions are greedily small. Gnocchi in particular there were 15 on a plate and you charge 25$. Pretty shameful. The experience was so poor compared to previous ones I couldn’t even stand to appreciate the new aesthetic changes that were completely overshadowed by the overall poor experience. I’ve been to Eataly many times it’s one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto but these changes are disappointing to see. If this continues you will lose a regular client and I’m sure others will follow suit. I hope this comment has opened managements eyes as I want to keep coming but if this continues I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. Do better so I can keep coming back with friends and family regularly. Thanks for listening. I hope you take my comments to heart.
