The pizza and pasta are top notch! We also had the polpetto (Meatballs) for an appetizer and they were delicious. It's a bit busy and you're literally in the midst of the store, but the food is so worth it. They also have a decent wine list.
Easy to book and locate in the store. Feels more sheltered than the other Eataly restaurants. No problem conversing with four people. Great food and service.
Great lunch meal and great service! The salad w chickpeas was awesome!!!!
Love everything about Eataly, except the Sierra restaurant.
Food and service great. Great that we can now eat indoors.
It was very pleasant with great service and fresh food
Great pizza and very good pasta dishes. Ordered a bottle of Prosecco and they didn't have a cold sleeve to keep the bottle cold! Step it up, people!
The food is spectacular. So many options, too. The $18 calamari is generous but doesn't come with a sauce, that's $2 extra. Just serve the sauce already. Our waiter was wonderful. Unfortunately the tables are backed to pre-pandemic distancing, and we were practically sitting on top of the party seated next to us (after at least 3 parties rejected the table). With the Delta variant pushing numbers back up, we won't likely return to this spot until it feels safer to dine in close quarters. Or Eataly should get back to better distancing tables.
Food was overall good. There is not enough basil on the margarita pizza. Do not get ice cream dessert. Very small portions and it was $12! Shocked when I saw the receipt.
Delicious food. Servers were nice but could've been a tad more attentive with keeping our waters filled. Ambiance is pretty casual and nothing special. But the food was outstanding and I would definitely recommend and return.
Great place! We were nearby and this sound intriguing and it was. Loved the market and the restaurant is great. Went on day 1 and got pizza I didn't walk out of there feeling over-stuffed like so many places with very heavy pasta. We will be back when I am in NYC again!
Amazing food - quick and experienced service staff. Would go here any day!
The pizzas were very good, but our server could not care at all about us. Half the time, he was walking away while speaking. Hope this is a temporary job for him. Left a cash tip because I felt obligated. He just came over at the end, grabbed the tip and left.
Everything was delicious. The zucchino salad appetizer was the best salad I’ve ever had — especially refreshing summertime salad. Servers were friendly and professional. Very nice, varied menu.
Great service and fabulous food. Great shopping as well!
My niece is a picky eater and she ate and love everything. Asked to make this our official birthday spot
I loved the Italian vibes and the costumer service, excellent wine as well
Food was terrific. Service was awful. Had waited a long time to get there and server didn’t check in for any reason at all - grabbed hostess, bus people to grab salt, ask for bread, order another glass of wine, etc. server was terrible
The pasta and pizza were great. Our group tried a few different pastas, as well as sharing a Quinoa salad and a margherita pizza. The servings were better than expected for a lunch portion.
The food was fairly good. It's a copy and paste of all the Eatalys so you know what you are getting
The overall experience was good, but I was a little disappointed in my pizza - thin and droopy. But my friend's lasagna was outstanding - I will be going back just to order that. Lots of waitstaff ready to help, but my friend got his lasagna 10 minutes before my pizza arrived so I think there needs to be a little more coordination in the kitchen
If you close your kitchen at 9:15pm you shouldn’t let people make reservations at 9pm. It made us rush over the menu, rush over the meal and leave. The idea of dinning in is so you can enjoy the food, the restaurant and your company. Thankfully the staff was very nice and patience with us and the food was good!
The food was really good (pictured below only some of the things that were ordered. Came for a birthday and they put a candle in the desert.
Excellent pizzas and lasagna. Food came very quickly, attentive service but took forever to get our check.
First night in NYC and it didn’t appoint! We had great food and service. After dinner we got to experience the rest of Eataly with coffee and gelato. Would recommend to anyone.
Not much ambience; food average for price. Wines were good.
The staff and the food were amazing. Would totally recommend this venue.
Food was good but service was not very friendly. We all felt that the server and the wait staff was not good at explaining the menu. They seemed to be very condescending to us when we asked for explanations.
Food was excellent.
Amazing pasta and pizza. Very authentic Italian! Excellent service, too.
Server was rushed in his interactions and pushy upselling
When ordering Appetizer he said we couldn’t - needed to get all the order at once and when we said we didn’t know how much food we wanted to order and wanted to wait until appetizer to determine he rolled his eyes and was rude- still said he had to place the entire order at once.
When asked for additional bread he never brought it. Hopefully just a bad day but disappointed in the visit
Excelente y delicioso
We enjoyed our meal here but I do think that their portions were small (and I don’t expect huge but still) and I wasn’t all that impressed to receive a card with the recipe for the simple spaghetti I had - this seemed to be showing that my meal was basically bottled sauce and spaghetti. Others in our party had the lobster special pasta and said that was fantastic but whether it was worth $38 is open to debate. Everything tasted lovely but really it is a bit overpriced for what it is.
Pizza excellent , bucatini a la matriciana
Very good but the bacon or gianciale should Not be burned, just an advice
It used to be our first go to place everytime we go to NY. But this time service was awful. I had to chase the waiter about 5 times to ask for stuff. He was nowhere to be seen. The Burrata was $18. One ball of cheese with no garnishing, nothing. Just a plain cheese. We even has to ask for the bread.
Worst of all, waiters were not apologetic. I understand that there is a shortage of employees but man, just simple human courtesy would be nice.
It will be a while before we visit the place again, if we do...
We celebrated my husbands birthday having lunch there. It was great like always. We are Italian and we know hiw food italian pasta and pizza should taste. Delicious! Regards from Hosuton TX
Authentic Italian food in the middle of the big apple.
Nice little place within the Eately shopping area. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the pizza was pretty good. Will definitely stop by again soon.
As always, a great meal, service and ambiance. Prices are fair for Manhattan and the crowd is always lively with a lot of energy in the room.
