Honestly the food was mediocre to really not good. Great service great location but food was not Italian. Plain American flavor and quality

I went to have lunch with my son at Eataly this Sunday. While the food was OK, the server charged someone’s else bill to my card twice, besides my restaurant bill. I was only given one copy saying one of the additional charges was refunded, and never given proof that the 2nd additional charge was refunded, despite me asking for it. The assistant manager showed me someone else’s bill saying that was my bill, when I had to tell him that it was neither my bill nor my signature. I will never dine here again, even thought I dined her multiple times in the past.

Just okay. Service was not great. Took forever to get drinks and they didn’t all arrive at same time. Air conditioning was not working so it was warm. Food was good but not sure I’d return.

Eataly NYC always a hit!!! Love the pizza & tagliatelle bolognese all desserts and cocktails !!! 10 years lunch and dinner and have hosted events on the roof top !!!

Honestly this was such a disappointing dinner experience. The waitress was rude and forgetful, didn't even address my mom - she literally walked away twice without taking my mom's order after taking mine, as if I were the only one at the table. There was no above and beyond, no care, she never came back to see how the food was. The food wasn't coursed at all so the runners brought multiple courses all at once (and never brought share plates mind you) and we were squished at a two top table with hardly any room. The pizza was soggy. The food was fine overall but for two people with no alcoholic beverages the bill was $140 and it just wasn't worth the quality or the experience.

The appetizer and salads we’re excellent. The pizza was burned and it took a long time to get it once it was ordered. There was definitely a problem either with the pizza kitchen or the staff placing the order.

The salad and pasta were great along with great selection of wines. We had a bottle of Procescco.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening enjoyable. The pizza was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality, fresh ingredients that really stood out in every bite. You can tell they care about what they’re serving. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great meal and warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
