    Three people at one table and we all got our entrees separately (and this wasn’t the first time that happened). While the food is good, this place is turning into an expensive cafeteria.

    We ordered the Gran Tagliere and it was very good. We also ordered the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and the Cacio e pepe as well as the Margherita pizza and they were all excellent. The one thing we did not like was that when were seated the table did not look like it had been wiped down properly as there was grated cheese on the table and seat. Did some shopping afterward and got some very good imported products in the market.

    10/10!! Pizza, pasta, lasagna, wine, drinks (Positano Punch!!) cappuccinos, cannolis, and tiramisu….excellent!! The service was immaculate, friendly and everything came out at the right time. I dine out every now and then and really have not experienced this “total package of service, food and atmosphere in a very long time. The view!!! Wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone’s name for a shout out but there were so many that assisted us. Perfect training for their staff was evident. If only other restaurants could rise to this level. There were 3 of us and with tip our total was $280. A night out for sure, but we’ll worth it.

    Made opentable reservation and requested booth seating but was told they were all reserved-I asked how I can reserve booth and they had no answer. Saving for favorite customers perhaps? Unfair though because seating for two is seating for two and they had plenty of booth seating for two Otherwise service and food were good

    Not easy to find with address given on Liberty Street - need to identify the building.but the space is fantastic with view of WTC and even the Hudson River on a nice day - special 2 course lunch of $22 is great - with large portions. Fine service, most enjoyable...

    It’s not a super fancy Italian spot. If you’ve been there you’ll know, but it’s worth a go or two, I would definitely return for a quick bite however the food is over priced for the experience. I do like the market though, I think it would be more worth it to shop a few items and cook at home.

    Había checkeado en la página de restaurant week y me aparecía que al mediodía también estaba la opción de comer con esa modalidad. Llegamos 14.35, supuestamente la carta especial de restaurant week comenzaba a las 15. No pudimos aprovecharlo. Puse que era nuestro aniversario y nadie nos preguntó ni nos ofreció nada.

    They advertised a ‘fast lunch’ on their website and didn’t grant it. We ordered calamari - got mostly ‘tails’ - subpar. Pizza - toppings were falling off - pizza seemed wet in the middle. Pasta was the one dish we enjoyed.

    I hate the worst experience with the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. Completely disrespectful, I had to tell the hostess how rude she was because I have NEVER experienced something so unprofessional. The server did his best to help the experience but I will never bring any clients to this restaurant!

    We made a reservation for 8:30 pm. As soon as we were seated, we were told the kitchen closed in 15 minutes and would need to order if we wanted food. We order and the arrancini appetizer - it was clear it was cooked from frozen and had a previously frozen taste and aroma. The entrees were acceptable but then they started to hover and clear our table before we had completed our meal. We will never dine at this restaurant and we will not recommend it to any friends. So disappointed !!!!!

    The Stromboli was small, the inside was undercooked (literally wet on the bottom and falling apart). My child did not eat it, and this was not recognized. My pasta was freshly made which was a plus, because the sauce had over cooked ground beef and the taste reminded me exactly of chef Boyardee in a can (I hadn’t eaten that in so long) like childhood! But not the goal. It also came out very late and because we had a window seat, the manager came over and thought we were malingering there for the views (beautiful by the way), I would have been happy to leave and not get the pasta after the Stromboli experience, but it came out while the manager was trying to kick us out of our seat. And, as I’ve already described, another disappointment.

    The food was not great or definitely not what was expected. Service was just okay. Like below par. Server did not allow minor adjustment to the menu item. He was also not very attentive. The line for people with reservations and for those without was not separate.

    Great atmosphere/ location. Appetizers of calamari was good- forgot my salad I ordered though. No apologies for this. Food/dinner entrees were very small portions and incredibly salty. When approached to the manager about my pasta dish (carbonara) about how it really wasn’t edible she told me it was because of the Parmesan in the dish. Offered a new dish but since the service was so off we waited a long time for our entrees and did not want to wait that long again. Overall the atmosphere and location are great but the food was not worthy of the prices. Would not recommend.

    Love Eataly. Shop and eat here regularly. Wine was good, pasta dishes today a bit over seasoned, pizza totally undercooked, center soggy. Something was just off today. No doubt we’ll be back but today not their best effort.

    We booked a table for 10 and Kia went over and beyond to make our lunch comfortable and memorable. She was super friendly and accommodating. It was a treat to see her smiling face as the restaurant was very busy. All was perfect!
