   The quality of the food has gone down. The cacio Pepe was too salty, the tiramisu didn’t have any lady fingers in it, the focaccia and calamari were mediocre. No plans to go back any time soon.

   As always, at least in our experience, the food at Eataly is exceptionally good! So too the wait staff; Isabelle was our server (like the time before) and she is great, even remembered some of my husband's special requests. We love Eataly!

   Great quality food, friendly service, outdoor seating was nice. Lunch cost us about $50 per person including drink, appetizer, entree, and gratuity.

   The pasta Carbonara arrived cold and it was salty. The waiter that brought our antipasti of fried Calamari and Arancini just walked by and slid the dishes onto our table without any acknowledgement . To end the meal I ordered a Cafe latte and it arrived cold/ room temperature. I asked them to remake the latte and when the waiter arrived, he stated “ extra hot “ . The coffee should always be hot , no need to ask for extra hot. We have eaten here several times, but this time it seems that there is a disconnect between the staff and diners . We arrived at 5:00 pm so there is no excuse that the staff were overly busy. Not sure if we will be returning.

    You can never go wrong with La Pizza e La Pasta or honestly any of the restaurants at Eataly LA. We had a taste of a new dish, Paccheri ai tre pomodori con burrata, which was cooked to perfection (Al dente) and served with a smooth tomato sauce made with 3 different types of tomatoes, topped with locally made burrata. We then shared a great Cacio e Pepe, which maybe could have used more black pepper to match the one they make in Rome, and a pizza Margherita Verace with -of course- buffalo mozzarella. Needless to say, I was teleported back home to Italy in an instant! Great service, especially the manager Ace. Kudos to the executive Chef Giuseppe Manco who managed to bring Eataly back to its roots. If you miss Italy or want to try authentic Italian food without traveling, this is your go-to.

    A bit disappointed with the service. We received our cocktails well after we had received our meal. We asked for parmesan cheese & crushed red pepper and waited for well over 10 minutes. Our pasta then sat and got cold. Pasta was also WAY too aldente. Sauce & flavor was perfect just wish it was cooked an extra 30 seconds to a minute. The tables around us were left dirty for the majority of the meal which was kind of gross because flies started congregating at those tables. Also, bus boy dropped a plate on the floor when setting the table and then placed the dirty plate from the floor for the next guests to use. Seemed like the restaurant wasn't prepared staff wise for the amount of guests that were dining for Mother's Day. I will come back again because I LOVE Eataly so hope this can be handled and the service will improve next time.

    Was Ok nothing outstanding, was very disappointed by the food. I remember it so so much better! service was excellent and the staff is very friendly but expected much more from Eataly! Will still remain my fav market but won’t dine-in again.

    When we checked in for the table the hostess said nothing to us. Me and my guest both commented to each other how rude she was. We followed another hostess to the table and she just put the menu down and walked away. She could have said, "have a good meal or enjoy your lunch." The gnocchi was too hard and the sauce was like a soup, very watery. It was my friend's b'day and I noted that on the reservation and there was no mention of it at the restaurant. All and all it was a bad experience.

    Our waiter was so rude! She rushed us and it was clear she just wanted to get done with her shift. The food was good but not great. I love Cacie e Pepe and I know how the authentic way should be. It was clear that cream was added to this which is not how you prepare it.

    We opted for the LA Restaurant Week menu. Great choices and great food/price. Only thing we found a bit off was the pacing of the meal... appetizers came out right away but not even a few min later, my pasta dish was served and then my son's pizza came out much later. It made for a "choppy" meal. Still would go back. It's a nice casual meal in a great spot.

    Food wasn’t great — Poor waitress was overwhelmed with too many tables but really sweet and was trying her best — Waitress lost my cc and I wasn’t notified about it going missing until 40 mins after asking for the bill — Management called the next day letting me know they hadn’t found it just yet because of maintenance not coming on Sunday’s but would follow up the following day and I haven’t heard anything in 5 days.     We adore Eataly almost as much as we adore Italy, where we've travelled lots and lots of times. Eataly's servers are always smiling and courteous and ready if you have any menu questions. The food is devine. I'm working my way thru the menu while my husband always has the same thing ... a Margarita pizza. Last night he ate two!

    Had a wonderful experience at La Pizza & La Pasta! Our server, Curial, was very kind and knowledgable. Food was amazing, I could eat those Gnocchis and Cannolis any day. There was only one minor thing that I thought was silly, in the back left corner of the restaurant, there are no shades for the windows. There are shades for all the other windows except there and the light was blinding to the guests on the bench of our table. Everything besides that was great. Thank you for everything Curial!

    Eataly Century City just gets better and better. The service is impeccable and warm. The food is served promptly and incredibly delicious with authentic Italian flavors and recipes. The setting and interior design is inspired. The kind birthday treatment made it a perfect meal with my lovely wife.

    Pizza had a nice charred crust, but the rest of the pizza was soggy when it reached our table. Another table’s pizza was mistakenly brought to our table, and we saw two more times when pizzas were brought out to the wrong tables. Pastas were decent, pleasant experience but the overall food probably not worth the price.

    Usually enjoy eataly. Tried their DineLa menu. Not the best value. Starters were very good but then it went down hill. The cacio e pepe was almost inedible bc it was too salty. The gnocchi had a great sauce but was very unevenly cooked, some were mush and others were like rocks. The alcohol menu also wasn't great, both the actual drinks and the timings (the wine didn't come until after we finished the main).

    EH. Hostess couldn't find my reservation. I had to pull it up on my phone. Sat us in a noisy corner. Had the market pasta on the shelves to view. I asked for balsamic, she said sure, never brought it. Food was OK. NOTHING SPECIAL. The parmasian cheese was no flavor. Wont be back.

    Soggy pizza, salad with white table vinegar on the side, build your own aperol (I had passion fruit) which tasted like sugar and slightly carbonated sink water. What a disrespect jest to ITALIAN. Mama Mia, don’t do it.
