Went for dinner and had a fabulous time. The restaurant is super cute and a great place for celebrations with family and friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. The carbonara was recommended by our server and it was delicious. You can’t go wrong with their tiramisu for dessert. The patio has a great view down Santa Monic Blvd, especially for sunset. Thank you for a great dinner, we’ll be back soon!

Wait staff had pimple patches on her face during service which is odd and kind of unacceptable. She then disappeared and never came back. Next, order items were completely missed with items not brought in any sense of order. The final nail in the coffin were the muddy clams And beards in the mussels — unclean seafood is unacceptable anywhere. For a place in Eataly, I’m very disappointed.

I just received this message saying that my reservation for this evening is not indicated. Not sure what the glitch is, but I didn’t make reservations for this evening. I made them for last night and everything went smoothly. Don’t know why I’m receiving this message but the food was delicious.

I come here all the time! Great experience every single time. Izzy is a great server and even though Heyner wasn’t my server, he was very attentive. Highly recommend the pestco gnocchi with an order of focaccia bread to mop up the extra sauce !

Very disappointing experience. They are not accommodating to any menu changes, not even simple ones. I asked to change the pesto dish from gnocchi to another noodle and they they said an absolute no. This would have been a simple change. The pasta menu is very basic and does not offer many vegetarian options. I’ve been here in the past when they have had some variety, vegetables added…and have happily made substitutions. Maybe they are too corporate! I would rather go to one of the many neighborhood Italian places in the area where they are much more accommodating.

Everything was great, rating a 5 Only thing is La Pizza & La Pasta is located in the Eataly market. The Eataly market is located by Macys. We know where it’s at now and will go back, but it took us an hour to find it and no one answered the phone. Everyone in the mall I asked gave me different directions: it’s in the food court, it’s by AMC, it’s with all the restaurants (all wrong). When I booked my reservation it did not give any directions for location or parking, so glad I arrived early or would have missed my reservation. That Mall and parking structure is huge.

I think the quality of foods is not what it used to be. Portions are smaller than before and service was very unpleasant. We’ve been customer for years, and we’ve been really disappointed lately. However there is a really good waiter that cares about the customers, and his name is Kyril. It’s the only reason we keep going back, because he is really caring and attentive to our needs.

I had a lovely time dining in the “Pasta Room”. I found the server Justiniano to be warm and inviting and very knowledgeable. The Carbonara reminded me of the one I had in Trastevere! Not too much sauce. Will be back!
