Great experience only radio noise a little too loud a five star experience.

Love the menu choices, our meals were all prepared and served perfectly. Nice selection of Wine. Wait staff was exceptional! Heading back soon.

We love going to Eataly but last night the service was definitely lacking. I know restaurants are understaffed and its hard to find employees. It showed.

Initially uneasy with the location of the restaurant in the middle of a market! But the delicious homemade pasta and pizza had me comfortable quick! Recommend for a casual but delicious Italian meal!

Too loud, but meal was delicious. Servers were working as a team and did a nice job. The level of noise - not from the open kitchen but from the glaring music- was obnoxiously loud and made conversation difficult.

Pasta is fantastic; as are the sauces. Some great starters as well. They staff is very efficient — a little too so. They failed to time out our courses, so a runner showed up with our mains while we were still breaking into our salads. And our appetizers showed up sprinkled throughout the meal. With a little more coordination, this could be a fantastic dining experience.

The employee at the gelato counter felt it was his responsibility to mask shame us demanded we leave premises . Will never turn .

Went two weeks prior to this and was excellent. This time ….. We ordered the calamari (fried) way over cooked and the portion was on very small handful . not worth the money two weeks before triple portion size and cooked perfectly . Had the putenesca for main it was actually gritty . Like sandy , now I do know that the anchovies can make it a bit gritty depending on how they were packed BUT not this gritty . Lasagna was cool in the middle for our table mate and mushy. The pizza we had was great and the other person had pomodoro and spaghetti very good .

Things are too quick!! Everything happened so fast I felt like I was in McDonalds. Perhaps slow things down so customers enjoy a relaxing meal?!?

The offerings are a shadow of the original menu. Wine selection is diminished - all of the higher end items have been removed.

One of the pasta dishes was supposed to contain Truffles. Neither truffles or the taste of truffle were obvious. When the waiter was asked about this he stated that truffle butter was used. We then asked if we could pay additional to have truffles added he said they were not available - not in season. --- To our surprise the fresh pasta area, just outside the restaurant, had truffles for sale.

Salad took a little longer than usual, but food was fantastic as usual!! Love the gf friendly pizza!! Rucola was amazing and fresh too!

Lovely dinner! Love the casual setting of the market place. We were seated at a high top and our server was attentive. The cacia e Pepe was amazing! As was my fish. This was one of their evening specials. Black bass, served whole. Only wished I thought to ask the price as I was not told it would be $45. As delicious as it was, there was not nearly enough to eat and it is a very boney fish.

You're basically eating inside a retail food store. So ambiance is an interesting question. Its not crowded and it's comfortable.

But the food is the show. If you're going to have a pasta (we had pasta, no pizza) restaurant in a place called Eataly you need the food to be excellent to promote the retail.

Started with Caprese salad. One of best ever. The store made fresh mozzarella was really special. First it was room temperature or maybe a little warm. Then it was seasoned with salt flakes. The tomatoes were heirloom and perfectly ripe. Very fruity olive oil. Just perfect. But share it- had to be 1/2 lb of cheese.

The fresh made ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach with a lemon butter pistachio butter sauce complemented the ravioli but let you appreciate the fresh taste.

The lasagna was very traditional. Many layers with a meat sauce. Deep flavor. Just a classic.

Many wines to choose from. Knowledgeable server. Great service.

Highly recommend.

Wow has the service gone downhill here. No wonder we were able to get a table so easily. It's too bad as the pizza is so good. Hate to say this, but I wouldn't recommend it. Just grab something to go.

Went with 2 friends before a Sox game. Parking and access is easy at the Prudential. Had reservations at 5 and was seated right away. Service was great. They put bread and dipping oil on the table. Started with the bruschetta which was very good. I ordered the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and it was outstanding. I will definitely go back again.

Food and drinks were fine but nothing amazing. We went for cheap oysters and those were good but I wouldn’t go back for the food unless it’s on the happy hour deal.

Service was inconsistent. Main course came to the table before the first course. Had to ask where that was. Service overall was mediocre. Food was good though.

The pizza is magnificent, just amazingly good-- we had the margherita and the salsicciota. The rucola salad is simple and perfect. The calamari quite good. I'd go again in a hearbeat. My only critique is that we had a discrete amount of time and getting the waiter's attention was near impossible, so we ran late.

I love everything about Eataly. Authentic pizza, perfect Aperol Spritz, and great service. Dollar oysters for happy hour were a welcomed surprise. I’ll be back soon!

Excellent food. Good service. Ambiance and decor is bland. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Good spot for lunch.

Amazing food, attentive and kind servers, and overall a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a classy, but not overly formal experience.

I love this restaurant! The food is amazing and the service was great too. Their pizza is light and like authentic Italian pizza. The cacio e pepe and bolognese pasta are must haves! We were in and out of the restaurant in 30 minutes. Don’t forget to finish the meal off with a cannoli!

A fun place to take people new to area. Delicious food. Great service.

First time back since 2019. They seem to have discontinued the monthly or seasonal specials, so there's just the "normal" menu, which was mildly disappointing, but pasta was expertly prepared. Some demerits for service both at the greeter and server positions but I know it's hard to get staff these days.

Not as many menu options as the New York Eataly experience but still top notch.

Happy hour oysters were very small and not properly cleaned (grit). Never had oysters where horseradish sauce and cocktail sauce were not even available. Dishes came from several different kitchens resulting in some people having their food way before others. Pasta dishes were decent. Prices are reasonable. It seemed like there where too many customers for the number of waiters on duty.

pizza dough was almost raw for 20$ could have got the same pizza anywhere. My wifes pasta was good

Great setting for getting together with friends to socialize and enjoy a very good sampling of homemade pasta, pizza and drinks.

Food was good but waiter seemed disinterested. Did not fix wobbly table after saying he would, did not offer dessert menu, and offered second glass of wine after I finished my meal. I would have enjoyed a second glass of wine with my meal.

What a wonderful meal we had. Lauren, our server, was delightfully whimsical and very engaging. Although I sensed a mischievous side, perhaps beacause of her quick wit, she was 100% professional while simultaneously funny. She made great suggestions on both food and wine. Clearly she needs to be appointed special envoy to the Piemonte region (envoy d’Alba especial? Just a guess.) and given a sizable budget for Nebbiolo and gnocchi. And I need to be her secretary with wine privileges. YUMMO! We’ll certainly be returning! Soon! 🍷🍝🍕

Best place for Italian pizza. We also had fried calamari as appetizer and they were really good. Highly recommended.
