The meat was inedible. Our waitstaff never came back to the table. No water. No offer of dessert menu. We had to flag someone down to get our check. I've been here many times and this was the worst experience.

Over 20 minutes after ordering they told us that a dish that two of us ordered wasn’t available. They brought a round of Prosecco but only one person was drinking that. They said they’d comp the two meals but didn’t. In fact, they charged us for the two entrees they didn’t bring in addition to the two replacement dishes. They corrected the bill after we pointed out the error.

Reserved table for 4 for a Monday night. We were seated promptly and then sat for quite a while waiting for our server. Our server took our water order and then left. Didn’t take any other drink orders. We got a 3/4 empty bottle of lukewarm tap water and then the server disappeared again. Eventually got to order apps and drinks. Tried to get a Coke for my son and a diet for me. The server brought two bottles of Italian soda equivalent. Not a big deal and it tasted fine, but would have been nice to know we weren’t getting normal sodas. The food was pretty good and came out quickly. The pizzas had good flavor but the first couple bites of each piece were soggy because the crust wasn’t cooked as well in the middle. Nothing absolutely terrible here, but the food was pretty average and the service was below average, especially for the price.

Great food and service here. Always like to come here when I’m in Boston. Convenient location in the Prudential Center. Tables are situated close together, but I’ve met some nice people due to this. I’ll bee back here again.

We order 2 spaghetti pomodoro and they brought us very different amount of food. I complained and they put lesse food in both instead to increase the one which has less food.

First of all, the service was very good. However, the service couldn’t overcome the very mediocre food. We are group of six in town for the Boston Marathon. The two pasta dishes were good (not great). Neither pasta dish was hot - both barely warm. We had 3 Rucola (arugula) salads. The dressing and the dressing was devoid of flavor. As if the cheese had been grated weeks ago rather than that day and zero salt was added to bring the flavors of the olive oil forward in the dressing. The lasagna appeared as if it been made a week ago and reheated. The edges of the noodles were dry and crunchy. The fried calamari and zucchini breading wad lifeless and not crispy. Almost like it had been fried an hour and was sitting under a hot lamp. The store within Eataly was very nice and the selections were amazing. That was worth the visit. However, we should have ended the visit there and gone to a different restaurant for Italian fare. The restaurant experience was VERY disappointing!
