La Pizza & La Pasta - Eataly Boston
Dined with my husband and toddler. Service was quick and professional and ambiance was lively enough to be famIily friendly. The hummus starter was a hit with my toddler.
Overly long wait with a reservation, but they took care of us well after we got our seats.
Always enjoyable at Eataly with all of the hustle and bustle and activity going on. Lots of people, tables VERY close together, good and fast service with good food, albeit a little bit on the pricey side.
Lots of options. Something for everyone.
Every time I go to Eataly, I’m always satisfied. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun, and there is always something to look at, eat, or buy around the store. It’s not just food, it’s an experience.
We had a very delicious dinner. Do reserve, as this place gets really busy. Service was great.
Great atmosphere, food was ok. Charcuterie plate for appetizer was great, but entrees were just ok.
Service was good Pizza was soggy. Chefs board should have come with crackers Sparkling rose was amazing.

The pizza is excellent! It tastes exactly like the pizza I enjoyed while living in Italy the ingredients were all delicious and high quality. The crust was perfect - chewy but not tough, and thin in some places, plush in others. The pasta was also very good. The space is crowded and loud, but didn’t take away from the experience. I was impressed!
Excellent food. Top notch.
Given all of the hype, I expected better. Average food in an open setting. The food was not overly flavorful, in fact a few dishes were quite bland. We were not offered grated Parmesan nor cracked pepper for any of the entrées, which I found odd. I would not recommend nor return, as the meals in the North End are far better. We stopped back in Eataly for gelato later in the evening; again, it tasted mass produced and completely non-authentic.
That being said, the market in Eataly is a lot of fun to browse with a lot of great selections.
This is our third time eating here ordering the same CAPRICCIOSA pizza. This time it seems you changed the recipe, it was not as good. I would recommend serving coffee as well.
I have been here several times and had a wonderful experience. This time my Aunt and I had a pasta dish and it was all stuck together and the sauce was dry like it was cooked too much. The waiter was ok but not as good as I’m used too. My meal came out while I was still eating my salad and before I had even gotten my first drink. I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come. This was always one of my favorite places.
We made a reservation prior and were taken to out table as soon as we arrived . We had a caesar salad with th most delicious bread .Then, we had Eataly ‘s version of Zuppa de mar, homemade paste with a variety of fish! Delicious!!!
Never a disappointment!!
My husband and I have eaten there before. The food was delicious as always.
Fun place - great food - but you need reservations and even then we had a wait....
La Pizza & La Pasta is in the middle of the (enormous) Eataly second floor. The food was delicious. Portions were large, without being overwhelming. Service was fairly attentive, particularly given the sheet number of people to take care of. It's noisy, so not good for an intimate meal. Our table of two had no problem getting a reservation, but not recommended for large parties. Leave time for shopping in the rest of the market before/after!
Located in the middle of Eataly, this pizza and pasta restaurant can be considered as fast-casual. The menu includes cheese and charcuterie boards, salads, pizzas, and pasta. Although we made a reservation, thinking that this spot is usually bustling, we were seated quickly at the same rate than others without a reservation. We ordered two pizzas and a salad, and the service was fast. This is not the place to linger over food and enjoy a leisurely supper. We felt a bit rushed, but it was expected due to the high demand and traffic this place gets. There are other places that offer similar food in the city that are far better, but in a pinch, this place can be a quick pit stop. Noise level is quite high, and you are in the middle of the traffic from the oven with dishes moving around you, plus all the busing of dirty and clean dishes to another location in the market where the dishes are done. Staff was cordial, efficient. The manager visited the tables at the end of most meals.
Yummy gluten light crust pizza!
We thoroughly enjoyed the food but we felt we were eating in a food court. The tables were very close together and it was loud. I was very disappointed they didn’t have dessert. The impression I had was they didn’t want people lingering. Also, though the food was good it was pricey for a “food court” experience.
The food was mostly forgettable, over-priced for the quality that we received, and the server disappeared without offering us grated cheese for the appropriate dishes.
No need to return to this restaurant.
I thought that La Pizza & La Pasta was a very good value for the money. Solid thin crust pizza and very attentive service. Our server, Julie, could not have been nicer. They were also very understanding about my daughter's nut allergy. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an informal but fun place to have pizza and pasta.
Great food, quick, with friendly staff. Not our first or last time dining at Eataly.
$20 for a pathetic pie. Would not recommend to any locals; stick to the north end or even any local Greek pizza joint over this.
Great place to eat pizza and Italian food. The wood fired ovens combined with fresh authenticate ingredients make a pizza to die for... One of the best Neopolitan pizzas I've ever had. Homepage pasta was awesome. Chef's cheese and meat plate was well paired. And of course great Italian wines to choose from. You can't go wrong at this place!
Love the food here!
Food was very tasty, we tried the cheese board and the bruschetta as well as three different pasta dishes.
Amazing for business meal
Our food started arriving before they poured our water. Waited about 10 min before a server came to our table. Had to ask to make sure they assigned a server to us. 3 tables sat after us had water, bread and wine served and their orders taken before someone came over to our table.
Pizza crust not crisp. Very soggy . My daughter’s pasta was drenched in butter so definitely I wouldn’t recommend that option . Wine choices by the glass good.
Fun place to eat. Plan ahead and park in the Prudential Center parking.
We had a great time for my moms birthday! Scrumptious homemade pasta and great wine selection!
Good food but way overpriced.
The food is great but service is pushy. They try to turn the tables fast. We were rushed to order, never offered dessert, and had to flag down a waiter for a second round of drinks.
The pizza is absolutely delicious but I croak every time to pay nearly $30 for an individual pizza and a soda.
We had a large group from work and they were very accommodating seating us together. Service was friendly and efficient with no delays eventhough we were particular. Would definitely reccomend Eataly.
Even though I booked online we still had a bit of a wait as I mentioned one person short !
The food was great and came out very quickly! Its a little loud but still quiet enough to hear your table's conversation. Our waiter was great and had lots of recommendations on the food and drinks. Would love to come again and try the pizza!
