    Delicious French wines and food…I had the duck and pork pate followed by Ris de Veau a la Madere…spectacular. Their bread is exquisite, and house wines are delicious. I can’t wait to go back.

    The menu was excellent and the food quality in all aspects was superior. Prices seem high, even accounting for inflation, but it did not crimp the enjoyment of the evening. A wonderful way to enjoy a fine French meal blocks from our home.

    Excellent food, including the bread (curiously served with olive oil, not butter). Service was attentive but not intrusive. The only negative is the noise level, which was off the charts. Nevertheless, I am planning on returning.

    Another wonderful night of food and friendship at La Piquette. The staff makes the evening even truly special. The food and presentation A+. How luck we are to have Piquette in the neighborhood...so accessible and delicious. Who could ask for anything more! Be sure to make a reservation!

    It was our Mother’s Day dinner and first time dinning at La Piquette. The food was delicious- the best French cuisine we have had in the DMV area. The service was wonderful and staff was friendly and courteous.

    We sat outside and had a great meal for Mother's Day. There was a Pre-Fixe menu with great options and each of the three courses was well prepared and served. The service was very good. The pricing of the meal for two adults and two children drove down the value of the meal. I appreciate costs are up etc.. but the pricing was very high. I would say we knew the pricing for the meal before we dined there but not sure the price vs. value was appropriate.

    Set menu was diversified and interesting. Cost was a bit high $406 for 3 inc tip with only 1 glass of wine. Food was brilliant as usual! A small flower for the mums would have been a nice touch! Owner Francis was there the whole day!

    Lovely authentic French restaurant we just stumbled upon, only a couple of blocks from the National Chapel! Maybe the 2nd best beef tartar I’ve had (and I’m a fan of tartar.) excellent drinks, wonderful experience!
