   We went to La Piquette for lunch with friends. The place is cozy and intimate, although a bit noisy sometimes. The menu offers many options. I had the sweetbreads and the soup of the day, which was a very tasty gaspacho. The drinks are just overpriced (16 $ for a Mimosa or a Kir).

   Had a lovely dinner leisurely dinner on Saturday evening. Warmly greeted by the host and enjoyed a nice table in bar area. Everything was perfect: cocktails, appetizers, entrees, dessert and wine. Evenings like tonight are why we continue to return! Thanks to everyone!

   11am brunch outside at La Piquette. Nice setting (car noise on this busy side street not too bad). Nice staff. Standard dishes done well -- Omlette Fromage was really good. Just a really nice reliable neighborhood place.

    As always a good meal good service and nice atmosphere. The noise level was a bit intense and the waiter forgot one of our desserts but otherwise an above normal service experience given how busy it was. The fish is always cooked to perfection. Wine recommendations were spot on. It’s a go-to neighborhood place that is surprisingly consistent. And always a nice evening. Like everything else it’s gotten more expensive than it should be. Average fish main course in the $40s….a rather small tomato salad starter was over $20…
