    My entrée came out same time as my starter salad, my girlfriends entree came out 15 minutes after mine was brought to the table. So we could not eat together. We had to ask four times for water to be brought to the table. It took 15 minutes for a bill to come. The washroom had faeces and all the toilets. The food was subpar

    We enjoy coming to Eataly for dinner, have been many times and eaten at all the restaurants. The food at La Piazza was very tasty. However, we were disappointed with the level of service we received. Our server failed to take away our dirty plates or cutlery after our appetizer. We had to ask other servers for assistance. Not the best service ever. Hopefully next time it will be better.

    One of the best restaurant/high end super market experiences around. Everything is fresh and top quality. You need to book and try it.

    Another great dining experience at La Piazza. All of us had the pan-seared Cod with asparagus , lemon aioli and microgreens. It was beautifully presented and delicious. All of us loved this dish. Eataly has a new menu with great choices. The staff at Eataly also contribute to having a wonderful dining experience. It was a pleasure being served by Jordy our server this time. Her friendly and professional manner were appreciated. Thanks to the chefs for preparing such excellent cuisine,

    The food was very good. Unfortunately, the three of us ordered two cooked dishes and one cold tuna salad. The hot meals arrived with the cold tuna salad almost 10 minutes later, leaving one diner without food. The excuse was that they were backed up. This was BS because the place was not overcrowded, and a cold tuna salad takes less time than the cooked meals.

    One of the best pastas i’ve had in a while. Margarita pizza was a delight and always get tiramisu before your leave.

    The type on the menu was so small and light I had to use a magnifier on my phone to read it. The pasta dish (ravioli stuffed with peas and ricotta) was bland and undercooked. 3 of us ordered it because the waitress recommended it. We barely ate half of it, no one serving was interested enough to ask why. One person had the tuna appetizer and liked that. The tiramisu was also bland and collapsed when the plastic mold was removed. It was incredibly noisy. We booked a standard table but were seated at the entrance in a high seat booth. It was basically like eating in the midst of a super busy/noisy grocery store. The people at the regular tables near tge window looked happy.

    Maybe Saturday afternoon is not the best time to eat at one of the restaurants. My husband’s pasta entree arrived, but my pizza did not. After several minutes we called our server over, and she mentioned the pizza oven was backed up and my order would arrive in four minutes. Well ok then. My husband asked her to remake his (now cold) entree, only to be told if that was done, then my pizza would arrive long before his dinner batter. I can’t argue with her logic, can I? Didn’t seem worth mentioning that when two people are dining together they usually like to eat at the same time. At least we do. Anyway, ten minutes later, still no pizza. We asked the server to please remove my husband’s untouched pasta and change my pizza order to take out. That moved things along. So we left. Yes we still tipped, yes the pizza was really good when I reheated it at home. No i won’t return.

    I have been a regular here for a while but the past couple years, the food and service have just been abysmal. I ordered “fresh” mozzarella that was not fresh at all, and $31 ragu, it came with no sauce and a few tiny pieces of meat, half of which were just unrendered fat. The server ignored us completely, only showed up to take our order 5 minutes after we were seated, and asked us how our meal was AFTER we finished app/entree, so we couldn’t even ask for them to fix our food. The eataly restaurants are going downhill. Not as good as it used to be. Never coming back
