   The server was outstanding. She was attentive, genuinely pasionate about food and very lnowledgable about the menu. Food was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

   There is a new menu thot allows for sharing and there are lots of great choices. They also have a new price fixe menu that has a lot of choices. Charles, our server, did a great job looking after our party of 4. We always appreciate his friendly and professional service. He contributed to us having an enjoyable experience.

   While we have enjoyed our previous experiences at this establishment, our most recent visit fell short of expectations. The pork skewers were overly salty, and the service was not as attentive as we had come to expect. Specifically, our server took our orders but did not check in on us throughout the meal to ensure our needs were met, including refilling our water glasses. It wasn't until we finished our meal that she checked in on us. Given the decline in both food quality and service, we have decided not to return in the future.

   Bottles of wine were half price so we had a bottle. Food was terrific and so was service.

   Food was decent, but not excellent. We had pizza and pasta. We returned the pasta as it was cold, and they had to remake it, which is unfortunate as we had almost finished our pizza by the time the pasta dish was re-served. The wine was delicious. The service was excellent.

   I’ve been going to Eataly for years - first in New York and then in Toronto. A lot of the dishes have gone down in quality, but the prices have increased. I had the burrata with the pistachio pesto. It was good. It would be hard to mess that up. I then had the mixed fried fish and seafood. Even with the squirt of lemon, this dish was flavourless. The batter simply disguised a lacklustre dish. The cheapest glass of red wine is $17 and it was nothing to rave about. There are much better Italian restaurants in the city in terms of the quality of the food and value for money. I don’t mind paying for a quality meal, but Eataly is not in that category.

   A little overpriced and the food portions are very poor for the price. The food, ambience and service are excellent.

    Delicious brunch food : eggs Benedict, tiramisu pancakes, potato croquettes. Went with a friend and the server refused to do separate bills. Pricey meal but overall a nice experience.
