   Food was decent, but not excellent. We had pizza and pasta. We returned the pasta as it was cold, and they had to remake it, which is unfortunate as we had almost finished our pizza by the time the pasta dish was re-served. The wine was delicious. The service was excellent.

   I’ve been going to Eataly for years - first in New York and then in Toronto. A lot of the dishes have gone down in quality, but the prices have increased. I had the burrata with the pistachio pesto. It was good. It would be hard to mess that up. I then had the mixed fried fish and seafood. Even with the squirt of lemon, this dish was flavourless. The batter simply disguised a lacklustre dish. The cheapest glass of red wine is $17 and it was nothing to rave about. There are much better Italian restaurants in the city in terms of the quality of the food and value for money. I don’t mind paying for a quality meal, but Eataly is not in that category.

   A little overpriced and the food portions are very poor for the price. The food, ambience and service are excellent.

   Delicious brunch food : eggs Benedict, tiramisu pancakes, potato croquettes. Went with a friend and the server refused to do separate bills. Pricey meal but overall a nice experience.

   I had a light bite with some cocktails with a friend here. We shared the Caesar salad and Tomato + black olive focaccia which were both delicious. I would only say that the portion of the ceaser salad was on the smaller side, but it was still enough for us to enjoy. The focaccia was delicious. The noise level was a bit high as it was a Friday evening and there were some groups around us but it still felt lively and could concentrate on talking to my friend. Overall it was a pleasant night out and I recommend going here if you want a nice night out!

   Always nice to be there, good food and drinks for two people and for the third the polenta had no flavour, and could have been hotter, the beef ragú good but the portion is tiny.

   Overall disappointing experience tonight. Arrived on time but had very unenthusiastic service from the very beginning, we ordered bread for the table and some apps and they came surprisingly fast but the bread was stale and cold (not worth the price). After our drink was dropped off we were not checked in on for over an hour… thankfully we were chatting away but when I finally thought ‘why haven’t we been asked for refills or more water’ I realized how long it had been. Once we waved someone down, they couldn’t get us out of there fast enough. Overall a huge let down, and I usually love eating at eataly and their other restaurants, but now I know not to recommend this specific one.

    We had to send back one of our dishes twice. The pasta was undercooked - still hard in the middle. Our guest is a chef - she knows undercooked pasta. The service was also questionable. No one came to check on our wine, our food. Felt like we are in a self-service cafeteria. An expensive self service cafeteria!
