    We asked to sit at a booth, the hostess said it was reserved, we asked another person who was taking us to our table and she said that it was available and that the hostess was confused. Food was good but portions very small.

    ❤️ repeat customer here. Consistently great service from everyone (would like to give a special mention for Marina). Delicious dishes. Well managed place. Highly recommend it.

    Nice restaurant did not have the deserts on the list although they were available at the market store. Good service, very nice ambiance but prices high for the food available! No sides for the lamb skewers, even if you wanted to buy separately!

    Nice location, but was expecting to eat on the terrace outdoors like last year. This was not set up this year. And the windows could not be opened for fresh air “because it would affect the cheese”. Have you ever heard that one before?! Had a pizza diavolo and an agnolotti with spinach and ricotta in butter. Pretty good but not worth $100 with $9 bread and a $20 glass of rose. Will do Yorkville next time.

    Service was impeccable, food was great, overall ambience was fantastic. Fan of the steak would definitely come again, thank you Eataly!!

    My entrée came out same time as my starter salad, my girlfriends entree came out 15 minutes after mine was brought to the table. So we could not eat together. We had to ask four times for water to be brought to the table. It took 15 minutes for a bill to come. The washroom had faeces and all the toilets. The food was subpar

    We enjoy coming to Eataly for dinner, have been many times and eaten at all the restaurants. The food at La Piazza was very tasty. However, we were disappointed with the level of service we received. Our server failed to take away our dirty plates or cutlery after our appetizer. We had to ask other servers for assistance. Not the best service ever. Hopefully next time it will be better.

    One of the best restaurant/high end super market experiences around. Everything is fresh and top quality. You need to book and try it.

    Another great dining experience at La Piazza. All of us had the pan-seared Cod with asparagus , lemon aioli and microgreens. It was beautifully presented and delicious. All of us loved this dish. Eataly has a new menu with great choices. The staff at Eataly also contribute to having a wonderful dining experience. It was a pleasure being served by Jordy our server this time. Her friendly and professional manner were appreciated. Thanks to the chefs for preparing such excellent cuisine,

    The food was very good. Unfortunately, the three of us ordered two cooked dishes and one cold tuna salad. The hot meals arrived with the cold tuna salad almost 10 minutes later, leaving one diner without food. The excuse was that they were backed up. This was BS because the place was not overcrowded, and a cold tuna salad takes less time than the cooked meals.
