La Petite Maison - Atlanta Ratings and Reviews
Consistently the best continental restaurant in the entire Atlanta area! Us Sandy Springs residents are spoiled to have this and Rumi’s in our neighborhood! The entire menu is excellent and the chocolate mousse is probably better than any I’ve eaten in Europe (and there have been many)! Stephanie and her entire team always make me and my guests feel like one of their family.
The food is always excellent! I had veal and my husband had scallops, and we shared a wonderful bottle of red wine. I should not have had dessert, but it was beautiful and delicious. I love the way they present the meals because they are a work of art! We'll be back...
La Petite Maison is, by far, the best French restaurant in Atlanta and the best restaurant in Sandy Springs. The menu has all the habitual plates one would find in a typical French restaurant with a broad array which appeals to all palates. It is truly like dining in Nice, the hometown of the owners. Their french fries are exactly what you would expect in France and their deserts, especially the tarte Tatin, are unbeatable. The wine list is reasonable and service is very friendly . We have been there many times and hope to return many times in the future.
By far our go-to as far as anything French in town and by far my top choice in the area regardless of cuisine. Consistently wonderful food, a large menu that can accommodate a variety of tastes and a vibe that is like being in Paris at a high quality neighborhood bistro. Wine list is very reasonable and recently updated, with very good wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhone valley. I could eat here every night and never get tired of it. Last, hands down the best profiteroles I've had in the US or France.
What a wonderful evening. We had mussels, escargot and frogs legs all of which were outstanding. I won’t discuss dessert because we did indulge and we shouldn’t have indulged 🤭. It was definitely worth the indulging. The friendly staff and owner make you feel so at home and comfortable
Introduced the restaurant to a friend from out of town.
One understated gem of the restaurant is the steaks. Absolutely cooked to perfection by the chef and served with pommes frites, the New York strip is divine. As is the filet mignon. Coupled with a Pinot Noir (new one recently added), our dinners were perfect.
The service is always superior, and our dining experience overall at La Petite Maison is fab. Keep up the good work.
Another great dinner in this wonderful restaurant. The fois gras appetizers is excellent. The filet aux cepes was sublime and so tender. The wine list is simple and has some great choices for a very reasonable price. Service was great, fast and friendly. They really make you feel as you are a family member.
This place is getting better and better. New additions to the Menu, and new desserts. Seared 'Foie Gras' was beautifully served. Can't recall having enjoyed this dish as much in any other French Restaurant in Atlanta. Totally enjoyed this dish, while also sipping a Red 'Bandol'. A splurge and pure pleasure!
We love the food and the atmosphere at La Petite Maison. We have never been disappointed and last night was no exception. I had a salad as an entree which included shrimp, lump crabmeat, bay scallops, hearts of palm and avocado along with the salad itself. Just delicious!!
Just ok... Never been here before, but my friend suggested it as a halfway point for us to meet. My tomato, mozzarella, basil panini was very bland... Not at all worth the $14!!! I enjoyed the mini side salad the most which consisted of just lettuce, shredded Parmesan & a creamy dressing. The booth I sat on was torn & covered in clear masking tape which was catching my sweater! I will not return.
