Delicious food and great service. Will definitely return.
This spot looks great & ambience is amazing! The hostess was a little off putting & our waiter was terrible... the food was delicious & well prepared but can't imagine going back cause the service really put us & the tables around us off. Specifically - ignored us, kept forgetting food & drink items & then got upset when we followed up.
Yes I would recommend this restaurant but not at lunchtime - too crowded with business people. Mostly men with loud voices. Otherwise, it was an excellent recommendation from someone. Two of us had the Pappardelle with pulled pork ragu which was delicious - not in a red sauce which was a plus. Will go back to sample other dishes.
I went on Valentine’s Day 2019. They had a special for $75 per person for a three course meal from a special valentine menu. The restaurant was dimly lit. Very romantic. The staff was attentive and so very polite. I took my fiancé out for valentines on a 8:30pm reservation at the restaurant and he loved every minute of it. We had 2 glasses of wine and the bill was $230 something. It’s a little pricey to me but the food was great! The steak and grits... omg almost melts in your mouth. If you go you must try the apple cake (it’s on their regular menu). Lastly, even waiters that weren’t assigned to us checked in on us to make sure all was well. I loved it. You will too!
The food, service, and ambiance were all terrific! The only downside (which I was aware of prior to going there) was the overall price of a Valentine’s Day dinner and bottle of wine. With an ok tip, I paid $290.00 which included a three course meal for two and a nice bottle of wine. They offered %33 off for any bottle of wine that was $100.00 or more. If I had to do it again, I would. Great place!
Birthday - our server was awesome
Nice neighborhood spot w good food and service.. Tad loud but good ambiance ..
A physically stylish and potentially comfortable restaurant but with a high noise level. Interesting and good food and good service. Food prices were moderately high, as one would expect, but the wines were expensive and two glasses were necessary even for light drinkers. I will go back but either later on a week night evening or try it for lunch to see whether it is a little quieter.
Very good food and excellent service/ambiance.
This was a wonderful dining experience Everything was just right They were able to accommodate my daughter’s gluten free diet and my bucatini was cooked perfectly Our waiter was delightful
Love this restaurant! Food is delicious, but the service was a bit slow.
My go-to favorite neighborhood restaurant!!
Really excellent homemade pastas, with the only small complaint I have being that the amount of meat was relatively low compared to the amount of pasta. Got most of the shrimp in my pasta early and then was just eating noodles. But the appetizers were also delicious - the cauliflower with mascarpone cheese might have been my favorite part of the meal.
Be prepared for a large and noisy crowd at brunch/lunch on Sunday.
The service is always poor here but the food is great!
Terrific new fun great restaurant in the hood; super food, server and menu; and we'll be back!
So pricey for only OKAY food. Staff was lovely but the salads and appetizers were not tasty.
Always great food, service, atmosphere!
Excellent food! Pleasant surroundings. Attentive staff. We’ll be back!
Went for lunch by myself and sat at the bar. Ordered the restaurant week special and it was wonderful. Portions weren’t tiny just cause of the deal and the food was all amazing. Meatballs to start, curly pasta with sausage and broccoli rabe (!!!), and an olive oil cake with pears. I ate every last bite. Great cocktails too!
Great food, ambiance and service. Hostess could be friendlier.
Lovely start to finish! Our waiter was charming and the food delicious. It was quite loud but it was a modern and fun atmosphere. The olive oil cake was a winner! Yum! Would definitely go back.
I might recommend La Pecora Bianca to young people - not old! The place was very lively and full!
I arrived before my guests and turned down a table for us next to a group of 4 women who were extremely loud - laughed a lot but still very noisy. We were given a table in the middle of the room which was better but certainly not quiet. I won't be going back, but my younger guests might.
This dinner was my first at La Pecora Bianca, and I can't wait to go again! The food was excellent, and the service was as well. My server was #13 Ash Y, and he was very attentive. Everyone on the staff wished me a nice evening as I left the restaurant. A very good feeling. thank you so much!
Service and meal was perfecto!
The food was wonderful. It was hot inside the restaurant, but we asked and they turned the air conditioning on.
I would recommend the restaurant very much
Muy buena experiencia! Buen ambiente!
Great service! Fun vibe and always good for a double date.
La Pecora has it all, great food, great service, and a nice and lively ambiance. Five stars +
Delicious food, good portions and lovely ambiance. The pasta is great. Skip dessert.
Very good overall. Vodka felt watered down, on the other hand, the pasta I ate with mushrooms and arugula
was among the best I've eaten for a long time I lived in Italy and think I know what good pasta is.
Service: a bit too anxious to scoop up our plates once we appeared to be done but overall pleasant.
The fried zucchini appetizer was excellent. I would come back for that!
Went for an early dinner on a Saturday night. there were only a couple other tables occupied. We sat there for 15 minutes before someone came over and offered us water. The restaurant was empty! The hostess also told my friend to move her coat from the bench because of other patrons when there were legit 2 other tables filled across the room.
Food: the food is always solid, but I hate that you can’t add chicken or another protein to it. Pretty sure that’s standard.
I took my daughter for brunch and we both loved it! The food was delicious and we had great service.
Beautiful place, delicious food and great service :)
I had a Restaurant Week lunch here and thought the menu had a good variety of options and the first course portions were large, so needed a "To Go" bag. The food was excellent. I had the meatballs and the dorade. If dining solo, the bar is not only large, but the chairs are high back, so comfortable. Service was good and friendly.
The food was outstanding. One of the best Octopus appetizers I have had. Nice, bright, clean venue with a high level of energy but not as loud as most places in NYC.
A great addition to the neighborhood -- very good food and pleasant service. Tables are close together and at peak dinner times the restaurant gets very crowded and very noisy.
Amazing service, food, and wine.
Great place for your special someone or good friends ambience is outstanding
