La Panetiere is the best restaurant in Westchester County. we have known Jacques for a very long time and he never disappoints. We are very sad he is closing his doors at the end of this month. La Panetiere will be sorely missed.

This is my favorite restaurant in Westchester and I sorry that it will close at the end of this month. I've had many memorable experiences here and have enjoyed every one. Truly a great restaurant!

Great place and very sad to see it go. Had a delicious dinner, but then the soufflé took 35 minutes. I wish I had been told about the wait when I ordered. The staff is excellent and the ambience great. There are not many restaurants of this caliber anymore, and it is very upsetting to see it end

This was the first of 3 meals at La Panetiere this month as they are closing on Halloween night. The service and food was as wonderful as always. We wish Jacques the best of everything no matter what he decides to do next. We hope we can follow Stephan and the rest of the staff wherever they decide to go….perhaps a place of their own? La Panetiere will be sorely missed…

This restaurant is exceptional with incredible food and service. It is very sad that it will be closing because of the owner/chef’s retirement. It’s one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten in and it will be sorely missed.

La Panetiere holds wonderful memories of elegant celebrations of anniversaries, holidays, and simply special relationships. The experiences have been so predictably enjoyable that it seemed that this place would continue unchanged. Learning that it would be closing on October 31st with most of the magnificent wait staff now looking for work is heart-breaking. Offering a simple thank you cannot capture the deep gratitude I harbor for all who have made La Panetiere what it has meant. Au revoir et bonne chance!

This was our final fantastic meal at La Panatiere. Sadly, they are closing the end of September. We will miss them tremendously. This beautiful venue has been our special occasion destination for years. We wish Jacques all the best in his well deserved retirement.

Restaurant is not the same. Clearly, they are short of staff and attentive service is non-existent. The food is good but not exceptional as it has been in the past. It was a disappointment. Apparently, the restaurant is closing the end of October, 2021.

We went for my husband’s birthday. We love La Panetiere and have been there many times. This was our first disappointing experience. It looks like there may have been all new staff and not enough of them. For example we were asked three times what kind of water we wanted but got none until the host told someone to get it. A couple at the next table who were seated after us got all their courses and were leaving while we were still waiting to give our dessert order. We finally tired of waiting and just left - a pity since we didn’t have dessert on this special occasion. This won’t stop us from coming but as my husband said - come on a weeknight instead of a weekend. Maureen Abrams

The safest bet in the south of Westchester county if you want the perfect combination of high quality food and service. Not cheap of course but definitely a great price/quality ratio. 1-star level as far as I am concerned.

I haven't been to La Panetiere in years but was so impressed that I will definitely be back soon. I went for a birthday celebration with a friend, and I was so surprised to receive a card when I arrived. The surprises kept coming with a fantastic amuse-bouche and beautifully presented and delicious appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The extra dessert cookies, edible birthday card with a candle in a strawberry, and truffles to take home were additional ways to show we were valued customers. In the age of Covid with short staff and less than stellar service, you wouldn't know it here. Thank you again for a wonderful evening!
