   It was a fun for the entire family! There was more than just golf which made it enjoyable for our younger daughters. I would recommend this for a fun night with friends or family.

   It was dirty, equipment in poor condition. Reservations mismanaged by the hotel. Tablecloths were filthy, no menus offered. Reserved time was cut short because room was locked and staff had to be found. Do NOT recommend.

   Service was great. The only thing was we showed up about 10 minutes early to our reservation and no one seemed to know the process to check in. The room was locked and by the time we actually got into the Swing Suite we were 15 minutes into our reservation but definitely still got charged for the full hour. Once we were up and running, everything was great.

   No one helped us! We made special reservations for Valentines for my family.. no one showed up to help us, left with disappointed  kids. They shouldn’t make reservations if they don’t have enough staff,it was a special day and had to leave and no reservation to go anywhere else. we made reservations with weeks in advance .. we told front desk no one helped us, no apologies nothing.. very disappointed. Not worth booking.. Top golf corporate will hear about this.

   Menu looked fine (we didn't order food) and staff were friendly. But the technology for the Top Golf sim leaves a lot to be desired. Froze completely once, and was very buggy/inaccurate for the various games offered. Would not spend the money again.

   There was no support staff on site that we could see. We waited for everything. Our room did not get cleaned in two days. There was never a valet attendant on site. The pool bar was rarely supported. The resort has fallen into disrepair. We asked that a lightbulb that was out in front of our room entry door be replaced and it wasn’t. We had to approach our door in the dark. I would expect significantly more from Westin than what we saw here. This is my second poor experience with a Westin hotel in the last four months. Raises great concern about continuing to stay at Westin

   Such a fun and amazing experience, My husband and I had the best time ever! Drinks were fantastic along with service. The clubs for golf were also great quality ones. Overall would recommend 10/10!!

   Way too expensive for what it is. $80 an hour is pretty outrageous.

   The experience was one of the worst I have had. I had booked for 7 people. When we arrived the previous party was still carrying on, food and alcohol everywhere, and no staff members to be seen. I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. nearly 10 minutes later a rude woman turned up and proceeded to tell us that we had double booked and the system had crashed and we would need to push out as the next party was due at 3pm. We asked if they could be pushed out. No flexibility. No apologies. No nothing. Really rude woman and I would have her fired. Suggest that anyone who is looking to book there should look somewhere else. Absolutely terrible service and attitude with no attention to customer experience.
