With a relaxed, refined atmosphere, La Palma is the perfect spot to catch up with a friend over drinks, dine with your lover for dinner, or celebrate your most special occasions with family. Chef Craig Harding's food is Italian at heart but the menu at La Palma reflects a California sensibility and remains playful, reflecting dishes and ingredients from other Mediterranean cuisines and cultures. Whether you're grabbing take-out for an impromptu picnic in the park, or enjoying a patio dinner with a view of sunlit Dundas West, La Palma has you covered.

For parties of 6-9 we strongly recommend our Family Style's Chef's Menu. This multi-course meal includes several dishes from our a la carte menu plus exclusive off-menu items--most of the dishes are served family style, as our menu was created with sharing in mind!

                                                                Had a wonderful experience at La Palma with friends. Service was outstanding, we had questions about the food and wine that were answered with a high level of knowledge by our server. Food was wonderful. Delicious authentic Italian flavours with some creative dishes thrown in the mix. The GM, Josh, also took the time to speak with our table and was an excellent host. We will be back again. Highly recommend.

                                                                Wonderful food and service, but not ideal for families with young children We had a great overall experience — the food was amazing and the service attentive and friendly. However, one downside was the lack of a baby changing station or family washroom. As parents, this made things a bit challenging and left us with the impression that the space isn’t particularly kid-friendly or well-suited for families with young children. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re dining with little ones.

                                                                The food was amazing, everything was well balanced. I would highly recommend their tuna crudo, the lasagna and the mushrooms pasta. Not only the food is good, the drinks alcoholic or not were a real hit!

                                                                I usually LOVE La Palma, so much so they I decided to host two sets of birthday dinners here. The first one went great, but last nights was nothing but a disappointment. It started off when we walked in and it seemed like the restaurant didn’t have any air conditioning. It was 30°C outside and felt like 40°C in the restaurant. When I asked one of the servers if could please turn the AC on, she scoffed and said “it’s on but you came to a restaurant with a Pizza over that goes up to 900°F so it’s gonna be hot. I’m hotter than you are so you’ll be fine”. It was such a rude response and we spent the next two hours sweating onto our meals. There were issues with the meals including the steaks not being cooked well, and the restaurant serving me a birthday dessert full of berries which we noted I’m severely allergic to. The food, when brought out correctly, was fantastic though so I hope the service element was a one-off.

                                                                Such amazing food! We got the squash fritti, leek dish, 100 layer lasagna and mushroom angnolotti and it was all phenomenal. Our server was so lovely and attentive and the wine was also amazing. The rooftop patio is so gorgeous and the music was great.
