   Our anniversary celebration was perfect! Gorgeous restaurant with stunning views and a delicious meal! I love fish tacos but the yellowfin tacos topped any I have ever had!

   The whole dinning experience and evening was outstanding and I mean outstanding! The service was over the top, excellent beyond words, from the moment we drove up until we left! Abigail E., from the Hostess Team, was great meeting us when we arrived at La Palapa as we has a gluten issue. She arranged for us to meet the Chef to have the him take my partner and show her all of the gluten free foods and what did have gluten in it. The attention to detail was excellent. Very Impressive!! As for the food, there was a buffet with salads, beef, pork, chicken, seafood with an assortment of excellent sauces and a great presentation. We sampled many and the food was excellent and plentiful. Everything we tried was excellent! The staff was so professional, always around if we needed them but never intrusive or in the way. We especially liked the Mariachi's and the fireworks filled out our evening. As 20 year residents of Los Cabos we have been to Esperanza a number of times. Our experiences at Esperanza make it our favorite resort in Los Cabos. There is a reason that Esperanza is one of the finest resorts in the world, the staff, the food, the ambience, the location and the experience. We will definitely return! Thank you for a delightful dinning experience and we look forward to returning soon.

   Went for a casual dinner and got charged taxes and service. The menu clearly states that given prices include all taxes and service. The end bill is just embarrassing. Very poor management. Food was just ok

    The restaurant is located at the Esperanza resort. Beautiful setting - over looks the ocean. My boyfriend and I dined for Mexican night, which was a lot of fun! There was a mariachi band that played a song for each table and fireworks later that night. It’s a great family or birthday experience. The food is good, but not worth the price they will charge you ($95 USD per person and not including drinks). Our bill for 2 people ended up being $300 USD, which was surprising for a buffet style dinner. It was an interesting experience but I don’t think I will go here again.

    Love la palapa! Best view in Cabo. The food is great and light. Chef Heriberto and his crew are so helpful and accommodating, especially for vegetarians. When in Cabo, we never get tired of it.

    Excellent place for dinner. Celebrated my daughter's birthday with beautiful views of the ocean. Service was quick and food delicious. Perfect evening - loved that the staff came out with dessert with a flaming candle on top for my daughter. Thank you for a great visit.

    This is an easy restaurant to pop into and enjoy true Mexican seafood dishes. The view over the cliffs and water is amazing and the dishes never disappoint. I suggest the ceviche!

    Gorgeous ocean views in this outdoor restaurant. Food very good but very pricey for lunch fare. Cocktails good but expensive, as well as glasses of wine ($26 for a mediocre Chardonnay). But that's Esperanza for you.

    We ate at some very fine restaurants during our trip. However, this was our favorite. We loved the setting with tables in the sand and overlooking the ocean. I had the shrimp dish, which was absolutely delicious. The bar had some very unusual cocktail selections also. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

    The place is amazing. Service is outstanding but the food is just a little bit above average. For the price (almost USD 300 for the couple) we expected much more varieties of Mexican food and also much more of those which were offered. The fireworks were a special gift at the end of the dinner.
