The staff is very efficient but not overbearing. We enjoyed every course of tasty and well prepared food. Our server was top notch and on top of everything.
Your location was a little hard to find but we’re glad we did. Grazi mille
Excellent service from the minute we walked in the door. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for that “special occasion”.
Great atmosphere, the service was wonderful and best of all was the delicious food.
Food + service was EXCELLENT. I really enjoyed my first dining experience and plan on going back very, very soon!
Exceptional experience truly enjoyed can’t wait to return
Truly a stand out restaurant in a sea of many choices. Outstanding food and excellent service.
The pear salad was uneventful , but the monkfish special was deliciously sauced. The banana cake was outrageously good. The service by Angus was professionally exquisite.
The service & food are superb! Their wine selection is very good! Our Server Ryan was great & the whole staff was so hospitable! They made my Birthday lunch an AMAZING experience!! Thank you Peppe for a GREAT time!!
Very nice special occasion place or when you want a true "white tablecloth" restaurant experience and can appreciate that. Very knowledgeable waitstaff, great food and wine suggestions, wonderful feel and, if you a regular, a friendly vip experience. We will become regulars here. Great experience for fine diners!
Our first time, but it will not be our last! What a great meal and excellent wine list. Service was wonderful.
Great food and service.
Authentic Italian, and a favorite! My only comment is sometimes the dishes need more seasoning, especially garlic!
Great place! Yummy and the waiter was great too. Highly recommend
Awesome authentic Italian food. I love the gnocchi!
In fairness, been here numerous times and always good. Off season and they just were not on their game on this one night.
High level Italian restaurant with very poor service, two out three plates they made a mistake, after first course the waiter asked if we wanted desert?? He forgot about ordering second course so we canceled it , no coordination whatsoever on the staff what a shame specially being around upscales neighborhoods wish you better luck if you decide to go.
The ambience, food and service were great! Special kudos to Angus, our waiter, who served us with grace, knowledge and smiles.
Food was excellent but for a slow Monday in the restaurant, the level of service was less than expected.
We had a reservation for Father’s Day dinner for 4 people and when I asked to change it to 6 people I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. When I asked for the manager to call me back and said that that we would go elsewhere if they couldn’t accommodate 6, I was called back 10 minutes later and asked if we could come in a little later so we agreed. When we arrived at 7:30 the restaurant wasn’t even half full. Not sure why the hostess had to be that way and act as if they had a full house. Food was sub par. Don’t think we’ll be returning any time soon!
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes good a
italian food. we just got back from italy and felt like alittle of it was in palm beach gardens. Nice bar on the outside with seating and tables all around. good place for happy hour.
AMAZING experience. Igor our waiter made our first time at this restaurant very memorable. Excellent service, feels like family...will definitely dine here again
Such a beautiful meal and our waiter, Angus was just spectacular! Highly recommend!
Being from an Italian descent it is very hard to find good Italian food in Palm Beach County. This restaurant is the real deal. Can't wait to go back!
Since the first time I went to the NY location and when they opened in palm beach gardens , Always love the food and fresh , clean look !!!
The first visit to LaMasseria was extraordinary. Food was carefully prepared. I believe the date was May 29th. The second visit was much less enjoyable. The three different pasta dishes were UNDERCOOKED, not just "al dente" and one of them, the thick spaghetti type pasta was GUMMY. Granted that the restaurant was very crowded but such things should never have come out of the kitchen in such a good restaurant. I even asked Carlos if the regular chef was on and he said yes. Very disappointing. We will try again since it is so close to BallenIsles but we were not happy.
Shared a lovely dinner with another couple Saturday eve. I requested a quiet table & was seated in a perfect location we we could have a conversation after having drinks at the bar. Our waiter was excellent - attentive, professional & friendly. I shared an fabulous artichoke/avocado salad that was plated separately. A friend ordered rabbit (which I had never tried & was wonderful) great presentation! The other two at the table both ordered pasta dishes (orecchiette & bolognese)& both were delicious & plentiful. I tried the special ravioli (highly recommended) with was filled with ricotta, spinach & an egg) in a butter sauce. The waiter said there were 3
big ravioli & it would be plenty - it was not & it was not inexpensive. Disappointed in this dish only - too rich & not enough to fill you. Otherwise, everything was wonderful- will definitely go back!
First visit. Heard a lot about it. Was at RI location, thought was decent, this one blows it away.
We went there for a casual lunch. Not much in the way of a salad/light fare selection. I had the Masseria Salad, and added chicken. The chicken was a very thin slice -- maybe 3 ounces. Not worth it for the price they charged.
Food was not very tasty and expensive. Service was rushed.
Always consistently good food. Great menu with excellent specials.
The restaurant is lovely (if you can find the front door to get in). Our food was delicious, but the service was extremely slow; and the restaurant was hardly full. Perhaps the viewing of the Royal Wedding, the FA Soccer, and the Preakness got in the way. Also, our particular server was hardly attentive; it took me 15 minutes to get a wine list and then had to wait for him to finally come back to take my drink order. The wine came in small decanters of which half was poured into my glass. When he returned to pour the other half, he placed his hand over the top where the wine is poured and then poured into my glass. He was a very nice guy.....just not very well trained. I may try again; perhaps this was just a less than successful night.
It is a friendly and welcoming environment. The bar is fun, the food is excellent and the staff from greeters, bartenders, servers and managers could not have been more welcoming and professional!
Never disappoints - service to food always perfect
La Masseria is very attractive.... unfortunately the food is mediocre but priced like a fancy upscale Manhattan restaurant ($40+++ entrées!). Our “special” appetizer was bland and uninteresting - arugula with some shaved Parmesan topped with a grilled Portabello cap which was supposed to be warm but wasn’t. My pasta was overcooked and drowning in a heavy red sauce the tasted like it came straight from a can. My husband had linguini in white clam sauce - his pasta was also overcooked. We were disappointed... hopefully they will up their game (new chef?) and perhaps add some lighter items (veal scallopini?) to their rather heavy and very pricey menu.
The waiter spilled a drink on my husband and although he apologized, he never offered to take the drink off the bill or offer to pay for his dry cleaning. I ordered the egg plant app that was suppose to come with hand made fetticini but I never got it.
Branzino Livornese to die for. Zucchini sticks from heaven and the artichoke salad was otherworldly
Wonderful as Always!!!!
