   Bardot service and food is excellent thanks to Chef David Chaymol's experience and expertise in "curating" and evolving French cuisine using local ingredients found in Puerto Rico. Bardot could very well be a candidate for Puerto Rico's first Michelin starred restaurant or Michelin mentioned

   Great customer service and exquisite food. Chef Chaymol makes the rounds in the dinning room, old school style, as it should be. Will be back.

   Bardot is a beautiful restaurant in the heart of Condado. The ambience and decoration are exquisite, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The service was spectacular; the Chef and our assigned team of waiters were extremely helpful with descriptions and suggestions, ensuring the three-course meal ran smoothly. The dishes are magnificent, with flavors, smells, and textures delighting all your senses. The presentation is like artwork on a plate, making each dish a visual treat. We also tried their unique cocktails and found them as enchanting as the food.

   This beautiful spot has stunning decor and a fantastic ambiance. The service was great—although it took a little while for them to take our order, which is understandable given that it’s a new restaurant with a renowned chef and a full house. The food was absolutely amazing! We'll definitely come back.

   From the moment you walk in, you're transported... a gastronomic experience in an intimate and sophisticated setting. Dim lighting, carefully designed details, and an atmosphere that invites you to enjoy it leisurely. Perfect for a romantic date. We tried several dishes, but the ones we recommend are: • The cream of white beans with truffle oil emulsion was exquisite. • Both of our main courses were flavorful and cooked to perfection. (Steak au Poivre + Short Ribs Boeuf Wagyu) • The Praline Soufflé dessert was a delight. (Sweet but elegant.) The opportunity lies in the service... there's still room for improvement with more training on attention to detail, but at least the location makes up for it. Reservations are important as tables are limited.

   Excellent service with attention to detail in a very intimate setting. Chef Chaymol was very attentive and made sure that the experience was on point!

   So happy to see Chef Chaymol back with his own place! His food has always been amazing, and La Maison Bardot is no exception. Everything we ate was MAGNIFIQUE—you can really taste the love and skill in every bite. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and just an all-around fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back often!

    Chef Chaymol is at the TOP of his career with this gorgeous restaurant! Everything we had was absolutely terrific; Steak Au Poive, Dover sole, white bean soup, salmon carpaccio, Cauliflower salad, French fries, potatoes au gratin and the praline soufflé. Sommelier and wine on point. Very attentive service. I live in PR, and this is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in San Juan! Can’t wait to go back!
