Wonderful staff and service, great location with a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Food wasn’t great, but this would be a great place to have a cocktail.

Took friends visiting me for a long weekend to Inombrable. We all had great meals. They each complimented me on my choice of restaurant. The aqualchile de ribeye appetizer is extremely good (I have had it many times before and ordered a couple of orders for the table )

Great food and drinks, definitely worth the visit when in Cozumel. Santiago gave us the best service and made it a great experience. His suggestions were right on point.

We had two wonderful experiences at this restaurant the first night we sat inside and had a delicious meal that included the ribeye Barbacoa the second night we sat out on the balcony with an absolutely stunning view, and we had the woodfired ribeye, and it was absolute perfection. The service was wonderful. The ambience was fantastic. We would definitely go back again when we return to Cozumel.

I made our reservation through OpenTable and had a confirmation for New Years Eve dinner. My wife contacted the restaurant through Facebook to discuss the NYE menu, and was told there would be a fixed menu with a 5-course dinner, and also an open menu. When we arrived at 7:00pm, the host did not have our reservation on their list. We were told they could seat us on the balcony, but we only had 90 minutes, as we had to give the table to a reservation by 8:45. We were also told there was no open menu, only the 5-course pre fixe dinner. We showed the floor manager our reservation confirmation, and the Facebook messages. He was apologetic and did their best to accomodate us. The food and service was excellent, but we were not allowed to stay past 8:30 for the NYE celebration, and were rushed through 5 courses. That was frustrating. Otherwise, the ambiance, food quality, very creative cocktails, and service was very high quality. I'd go back for a regular dinner experience.

Absolutely loved it! The foods, the service, the decor and ambiance were fantastic! We had an amazing time here in December 25th even if the weather was terrible! We danced at the end 😃

We had a wonderful dinner at La Inombrable on Christmas day 2022 in a very heavy thunderstorm. The food and service were excellent. We had the ceviche, a Christmas special pork belly and the rib eye tacos. The Violeta cocktail was a wonderful way to show off the QRoo gin. But what really blew our minds was the owner Manuel, who went totally above and beyond to take care of us. By the time dinner was done, the streets were flooded from the storm and there were no taxis to be had. It would have been over an hour to walk and the storm was still going on outside. So Manuel drove us himself!! Plunging through the knee deep water in his jeep to deliver us safe, happy, and well fed back to our hotel. Amazing. We will definitely be back and we suggest you go too; not only for the wonderful food but also to support a local business that genuinely cares for its clientele.
