The Huaca Pucllana maintains, with justified pride, a culinary philosophy which fundamentally lies in using Peruvian flavors as a base for its cuisine, interpreting them according to the classic cooking techniques, as well as the classic cooking techniques, as well as the contemporary styles, and satisfies the demands of the most exquisite tastes. With Arturo Rubio´s qualified contribution as the restaurant promoter and that of our chefs Marilú Madueño and Andrea Massaro, it offers a renewed cuisine based on Peruvian foot with its delicious variety of products, from shellfish to sea food and a wide selection of vagetables, displayed in its colors, textures and flavors. The cuisine of the Huaca Pucllana stands out for its devotion to using local products of the best available quality- Without sacrificing its creatives freedom- a well understood simplicity and the care of adequate cooking procedures, enhancing the flavors instead of downplaying them. In the menu We can find dishes like the goat cheese and fig salad with fresh hearts of palm and gooseberry crust, the lamb shanks with “loche” pumpkin risotto, the roasted baby goat with Lima bean tacu-tacu. Among the desserts We can find rice and milk mille feuille, crunchy.

Beautiful restaurants with wonderful traditional Peruvian food. I would recommend papas rellenas to start and the chaufa as a main course!

This is a tourist restaurant. The value is in the view of the archaeological site. The food was average. The service was the worst I’ve experienced in Lima.

A great shame that there was a power cut early in our dinner and though candles were brought out little else was done to alleviate the inconvenience and a number of dishes were no longer available.. We had to argue for an icecream dessert (bombones de chirimoya and lucuma) that were obviously in the fridge but for some unkown reason they didnt want to serve them ....it was best we eat them that they melt !!! anyway on the whole OK ..the staff were very friendly and apologetic but for a restaurant of this caliber and tourist flow its strange that they dont have precautions for power cuts (not uncommon in Lima)

Excelente comida, servicio 10/10. Fuimos bastante temprano así que el restaurante no estaba tan lleno así que se podía disfrutar del ambiente cálido. El maracuya sour delicioso.

Dinner at La Huaca Pucllana is a great experience: the place is gorgeous with a special view to a prehispanic temple; a beautiful decoration, ; an intimate setting even though it's a big place; a kind attention and, last but not least, delicious food in portions of sufficient size. I strongly recommend La Huaca, one of my favorite restaurants in Lima.
