Amazing Easter brunch. Every brunch here is outstanding but today was extra special. Our server even brought us plantation iced teas to take with us for the beach! Excellent food & service! 😍

Went for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Food was excellent service was a bit spotty. Loved the grilled lobster tails, steak, chicken, crab legs, claws and sashimi. Despite service not being 5-star would definitely go back the food was that good!

Server Nikki was the worst I ever experienced. I felt that I was bothering her if I ask for something. Never felt treated this way ever... first time.
She dampened the spirit!
My friend whom we brought there to celebrate her birthday felt it too.
Not going back!

The Sunday Brunch at La Hiki Kitchen was suberb! What a great assortment of delicious food. We were there celebrating my mother in laws Birthday. Her first time here our 4th or 5th time.
From the beginning to the end of our meal everything was perfect. Our waitress was so nice and accommodating. She had that true Aloha Spirit! I wish I could remember her name, she was fantastic and she made our meal even more memorable. My favorite things were the grilled lobster tails, grilled meat, prime rib, sashimi, pesto pasta & alfredo pasta, snow crab & crab claw. My wife loved the garlic chicken and the lobster tails as well as the pastas. Mom loved all the ono seafood.
All in all it is a must try for everybody. They have a vast selection to choose from and at $75 which is pretty steep but it is so worth it, especially for that special occasion. I believe Yelp users can use a 15% off if you check in. Check yelp app.
The La Hiki Kitchen Staff & wait staff are on point. The whole hotel staff for that matter are excellent! Upon leaving the valets asked how was lunch and we said excellent as usual. Our valet laughed and said see you next week. After we all laughed he is right we will be back not next week but in the near future.
Thank You La Hiki Kitchen for a fantastic Sunday Birthday Brunch.

Outstanding view, outstanding service & AMAZING FOOD! Definitely a seafood lovers paradise as we went for brunch buffet but there were plenty of options for everyone’s palette - vegans & vegetarians included! The highlight of my day was their grilled lobster tails which were hands down the BEST I’ve ever had in my life!! I was very impressed with the service as they are very attentive & helpful. I will definitely be back soon & hope to celebrate more special occasions there!

Excellent, inventive food served in a beautiful atmosphere overlooking the pool and ocean. Flavorful seafood curry - the best curry I’ve had! - and succulent, flavorful beer can chicken. My children loved the kids menu, which had smaller portions of steak and chicken with sweet potatoes and a green vegetable. A refreshing many steps above the typical kids menu of fried chicken strips, etc. We loved it so much that we went back two nights later!

The food was great, I’m a little disappointed that unlimited bloody Mary’s are no longer included but the price is still the same. There seemed to be less quantity, when the pork belly ran out it was never replaced, same with some of the desserts. The service was excellent and ambiance was nice as well.

La Hiki Kitchen is in a beautiful setting overlooking the pool and ocean in the Four Seasons Ko Olina. For a buffet it has a hefty price tag but is worth every penny. The food is outstanding. Lobster tails, fresh oysters prime rib, bloody Mary’s and so much more. Plus Noe Restaurant next door has a pasta station showcasing their specialties which are outstanding as well. Worth the visit if you’re staying anywhere in Ko Olina.

Crab legs, lobster tails, prime rib, pokè, loco moco, char su bao, eggs Benedict, a pasta station, this spot HAS IT ALL. I am so mad at myself for not trying this earlier. Unlimited array of non alcoholic beverages and one Bloody Mary included with your meal. The views are great, the service was excellent. Just be prepare for it to be BUSY. Everyone knows the secret now, locals and tourists alike.

Still missing the sweet potatoes that are listed on the Saturday night menu, however we did have a wonderful time and made great memories celebrating a birthday. The food is hit or miss, but when it was good, it was very good. Save room for dessert and don't be afraid to eat the veggies although they don't really look appetizing. The staff and service here are exceptional! Nick does a wonderful job managing the restaurant and Brook Lee (Miss Universe 1997) even greeted us personally.

Our family ate here 3/26 and had terrible service and poor quality food. My wife and I travel extensively and could not remember having a worse dining experience in our 25 years of marriage. Slow, apathetic service where we needed to ask for plates after our appetizers were already served. Our drinks sat empty for 25 minutes with no server returning to our table. Our server made no attempt to correct their behavior after I indicated that we were over and hour into dinner and she had not offered to bring us a second round of drinks or fill our water glasses. My sons $26 burger came barely warm with fries to match. We will not be returning to this Four Seasons property.

We went on Saturday night and took advantage of the Paina (correct spelling?) Ohana style and the quality was amazing! Top that off with friendly servers and Hawaiian style entertainment and it made for the best dinner I’ve had in Hawaii in a very long time!

I checked in with the concierge at 11:10 am my res was at 11:30 am and instead of sesting me at that time she made us wait till 11:30 which doesnt make sense to me. Instead of the kahala that seats you right away we had to wait. Minus that great food and good bang for your buck

I went online to look at La Hiki’s menu, and as a vegetarian, found a dish that sounded perfect for me. I was really looking forward to our dinner, and the beautiful pool/ocean view that is a feature of the restaurant.
When we arrived the place was in chaos. The pool area was filled with people and equipment, as they were filming a Netflix movie poolside, and were going to be there for three days. When our server brought the menu it was totally different then the menu on the website. I was given two explanations from two different servers. The first was that they don’t update the website, and the second was that they just decided to use a different menu that night. Our main server was extremely condescending. After much discussion the chef was asked if he could make me the vegetarian option I had been interested in. The answer was “yes”.
My entree was supposed to be all different mixed root vegetables, sort of like a shepherd’s pie. It arrived and had only carrots and mushrooms, and was completely devoid of any taste whatsoever. I ate what I could and left the rest.
There seemed to be a lack of concern over the restaurant guests due to the film crew onsite. It was a very disappointing dinner, and our most expensive. Go across the street to Monkeypod Kitchen. Great food, service and atmosphere.

Service was great. Food good except for the loco moco. Burger was tough and chewy, gravy is what makes a loco moco stand out but was so average. Raw seafood and grill great. When paying it took nearly 15 minutes for the waitress to come back with my cc.

Unbeatable FRESH seafood buffet. No other buffet on the island(that I know of) offers all-you-can-eat lobster. Pricey but worth it. Save me a drive into Waikiki. Waikiki buffets $10-20 cheaper but not worth fighting traffic when you live on the west side. The view of Leeward Coast beaches and The Four Season Resorts ambiance brings relaxation to the soul!

Highly disappointing visit, my first ever, to a Four Seasons dining venue. Service was polite, but incredibly slow at.every.turn. Bread came with no bread plates. Drink orders were filed however a martini came in a champagne glass and for a very average drink, the $25 price was insane. My Mango Rita was average, price high at $15/16 but if it had been larger and tastier I would have no complaints. Hint: drinks down the beach at the Marriott Ko Olina were much better. The order was messed up on one which necessitated an inordinate delay. The fish when it arrived, was bland. My salmon was average (though it looked beautiful) but obviously had been under the heat lamp while the other fish special had been redone. The other order , 1/2 chicken was at $36, overpriced as well. Slow service at every stage, pedestrian food (seriously the Outback in Kapolei would have been better food quality, service and drinks) and while the setting at the Four Seasons Ko Olina is beautiful, the chairs were horribly uncomfortable. As we previously ate there when it was a JW Marriott we were disappointed to see it went in the opposite direction. The pool bar closed at 8:30 as seemingly the large, attractive gift shop. Perplexing.

1st time there, host/waiter did not inform us how to get to the buffet line from our outside table and did not mention of the grilling of lobster/steak booth so this took up some of our time to get our food. Although the only availability reservation for 6 was at 130pm, food should be plentiful up until 230pm and then start running out. Items were running out way before 230pm and when I asked if more coming, told there’s no more. No lobster tails, lamb, crab legs :(
And it was my husbands birthday and I wanted a feast fit for a king. On this day, the value we paid was not worth it.
