5-Stars Everything!! Food, Service, Ambiance, Value, and Noise (Quietness).

Full Disclosure: Saturday Brunch; Reservation made through Open Table; group was celebrating a special occasion; We were one Lucky Group to have all of our dining wishes come true ;-)

All you can eat: Lobster tails, Steak, Prime Ribs, Fresh Oysters, Crab, appetizers, desserts, et. al.

Expensive? Yes, but this meal is a very good value when considering the quality, quantity, and variety of the tasty food.

In proper balance with the Excellent Food is the Friendly and Efficient Wait Service in the semi-private dining room. While we were too busy attempting to break the Hawaii record for consuming the most lobster tails 12 minutes, I heard our waitress politely ask, “...shall I bring another plate of lobster tails?” (Happened at least three times not counting the individual times we each went to the outdoor grill ourselves).

You can read the many other positive online reviews and recommendations. May I add that you don’t take our word about the Saturday & Sunday Brunch—Treat yourself to a meal that has to be experienced in person. Be kind to yourself you deserve it.

Horrible experience! It was such a windy day they moved the buffet to the Noe Restaurant, which was fine. But they expected the customers to get their food and walk in the hurricane winds with our plates back to the La Hiki Kitchen! Omg I had no idea, I would have asked to be seated at the Noe restaurant! I made my reservations way in advance and requested to be seated indoors! Horrible! The hostess did mention we could ask our server for food but the server never came back after bringing our drinks! Everyone around us got food served to them, family style, not one server offered us anything, and still our server no where in site! FINALLY at the end of our meal I had to ask if we had to be seated somewhere specific to get served, food finally came to us, too late... $75 not worth the paper thin prime rib, steamed fish bones that was left, no plates at the buffet and crap desserts. The pastry chef should be ashamed to be serving foodland desserts! What a shame! I work in F&B and no buffet should ever look like that! And to make things worse.... we gave the valets our tickets, no one was there, four other people came after us and got their cars before us! They left us standing in the wind! UNBELIEVABLE! Maybe cause we are not hotel guests... to think this is a 5 star hotel... sooo sad. I'll remember to tell everyone my experience here. Word by moth is the best advertisement!

The storm just ruined most of it, but had to try it. I know if the weather cooperated this would've been the perfect pre valentines brunch we wanted.

Excellent service and food. Exceeded expectations from the valet to food service. Sunday Brunch was excellent. So many delicious items to chose from.

Sashimi and poke was fresh. The lechon was excellent with perfectly crispy skin. The salad was presented in a large rustic serving bowl, fit to feed an army. So colorful, too. The choices of veggies (salad, edamame, carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, to name a few), along with the quinoa and chickpeas was a perfect combo. The lobster, crab legs,, and shrimp was my favorite.

The dessert section was a hit. So many yummy treats to chose from. I especially liked that the desserts were not too sweet.

Presentation overall was excellent. So good in fact that it was inviting.

Serving staff was excellent. The restaurant was busy, but tables were tended to quickly. Staff worked hard to refill the buffet line and service each table...and the staff was always so polite and made sure it was an enjoyable meal for the patrons.

This is a hidden gem on the west side. The drive was incredible. Weather was balmy, but that didn’t stop us from walking near the beach for a few photos.

The property is beautiful and the view was captivating. Even the restaurant bathrooms were meant to impress. The hand towels were so thick you could likely use them to take a bath! No cheap paper towels there. Classy hotel! Good job to the Marriot staff.

Take a stroll outside and you will be reminded how beautiful our island is. Away from downtown traffic and the daily hustle of town life. It’s certainly a place worth taking the drive out to.

Definitely plan on returning to this gem on the west side of the island.

Great variety of seafood and meat. The prime rib, however was not flavorful and was the thinest cut I have seen. Delicious lobster tails.

The best weekend brunch buffet on Oahu. Lobster tails, sahimi along with many delicious accompanying dishes. Beautiful ambience and good service as one would expect from a Four Seasons staff.

The Saturday Buffet had a nice variety of quality foods such as poke, hamachi & salmon sashimi, stone crab, Alaskan king crab, oysters, omelet station, loco moco, grilled chicken, beef & lobster, other hot foods, and an incredible selection of desserts. La Hiki restaurant is at the Four Seasons in Ko’olina and it is a beautiful setting! Really enjoyed our stay. I just wish we had more time (and room) to eat and enjoy the view.

Food was definitely mediocre. Shrimp dejonge was tasteless. So was the iceberg wedge. They forgot one of our appetizers. And it’s all pretty expensive. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant is better.

Food was good, but our drinks were served with no ice; probably will have to request for ice in drinks. Also, being that it’s an outdoor restaurant, the noise of people talking can get overwhelming and loud around your seated area. Other than that, it was great experience.

The Sunday brunch is amazing, especially for seafood lovers. Russell was our host and we loved his service, his friendliness, and most of all his personality.
Would come back again!

Our server wasn't the best this time around. I don't know if he was over burdened, but refills were few & far between. The food itself was delicious again, so that was a plus that it is consistent & we can recommend this brunch to friends & family.

Fantastic service and ambience! We went for a sunset dinner on our honeymoon, and it didn’t disappoint! Food was not the best we’ve *ever* had (but we live in New York City, so our bar is high!), but it was definitely delicious. Highly recommend their wedge salad and any of the meat dishes! The onion soup was just OK.

We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt but were wrong. I’m not one to complain but since you asked...Quite astonishing that the Four Seasons would keep it open and not do a major regroup for dinner. The Parker rolls were the best part. It went downhill from there. There were inedible head cheese-like objects on the charcuterie plate, the pork chop is probably better at Denny’s, they tried to offer bucatini when maybe they might master fettuccine first. As for $23 saimin, it was ok but I’d recommend Agu Ramen in Kapolei. Lesson learned - pay attention to wildly uneven reviews.

Prior to the Four Seasons taking ownership of this hotel (was the J.W. Marriott for years), we enjoyed eating at this this restaurant. We spent many vacations at this site when it was the Marriott. Now that it is a Four Seasons restaurant we thought we would give it a try. Very disappointed in the menu. My husband was not going to spend $62 for a steak in such a casual setting. He does no like unfamiliar foods and spices. He ordered the $27 hamburger with fries. I usually can eat just about anything, but honestly, there were only two items I would order, salmon or chicken. I ordered the chicken on the menu, not the weird one on the daily special. And I love chicken. My chicken was good and the broccoli slaw was outstanding. The sweet potato side dish was very dry and without much taste. Could have used some butter and or brown sugar. We will come back to our favorite vacation area, but have no desire to return to this restaurant. The service was fine.

We enjoyed the Hawaiian music and the atmosphere of the Four Seasons, but were ultimately disappointed in our Hawaiian night experience. There was only one Hula dancer and the food was OK - but not great. Overall, we did not think that it was worth the money.

Had Christmas dinner there. Very expensive. The Mahi mahi was inedible. They did offer substations which were Ok but for $125 USD for a 3 course meal it was very disappointing.

We were disappointed this year with our annual Christmas breakfast at La Hiki. Last year we had a great experience even though it was crowded and we had to wait a little while for our seating. This year not so great. First we were a few minutes late for our reservation but we called prior to let them know we were only 5 minutes out. When we arrived we were seated at poolside we thought what the hell a new experience. The pool ambiance was nice but we had to dodge the bees and the ants in the planter we were sitting to. Then the sun started to hit my son in the eyes so I had to move and set up an umbrella so my son could be comfortable. Our reservation was at 9:30 and we didn’t know there was a more expensive brunch at 11 and had to be out before that or else we would have to pay $70 more. I didn’t mind that there was a more expensive brunch but they should have made their latest reservation for breakfast buffet much earlier that way we would not have felt like we were being forced out. Food was good as usual but I couldn’t try everything I wanted because we felt like we were being hurried. Maybe I’ll find a different place for next years annual family Christmas breakfast.

The food is hands down the reason why you would come here. Came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and wanted to try their brunch. The lobster, raw bar and sashimi is well worth the $75 price tag. Children are $25 and my son and daughter ate their share of shrimp and crab so I was ok with that. I booked a 1pm seating and noticed that they were running out of lobster. I felt bad for the 130-2pm seating because the lobster station ran out several times. Although my party had more than enough when we sat, I would suggest you booking earlier in the day.

To bad raised price and cut back to only one complimentary drink. Food stayed the same except didn’t have lamb any more either. So basically you guys charge more for less now. Don’t see any reason to go back now that it is over priced....WAS an outstanding deal before....Sad , what greed will do to a company!!

Great service and excellent array of food. We went on the Saturday brunch and were NOT disappointed. Good quality food choices from grilled lobsters, oysters, king and stone crab legs,sushi, cutting stations of prime rib, pork belly roast, steamed fresh catch of the day, noodle stations, fruits and yummy Hawaiian desserts. Excellent food ... great value for the price in one of the Lagoons In Koolina. Would definitely come back with friends and family 👍

We ate here for Thanksgiving brunch. We chose the 2pm seating- we weren’t told that they would start shutting things down at 3pm. With a buffet we don’t typically expect to rush but they stopped replenishing by 3pm. They were however very accommodating once we voiced our displeasure and did make sure to bring everything out that we asked for.
The food was delicious- really great selection and tasted amazing! My only gripe was no dinner rolls with the traditional Thanksgiving meal. The desserts were plentiful and amazing. I highly recommend this buffet for holiday meals. The ambience & service was spectacular too!
