   The whole family, kids included, enjoyed their meals. The glass cups were not cleaned before we sat down as they had lipstick and other items stuck to them. Apart from that oversight, it was a nice brunch.

   We had the most fantastic experience during the Mother's Day Brunch. The Mission Inn staff did a stellar job of managing the flow of people during the event. We never felt rushed, our table was promptly attended to and bused, we never had to wait for water/juice/coffe/mimosa refills or or have a stack of plates building up as people went through the buffet. At any given time there weren't too many people in the dining area and the flow between the buffet, tables, and people getting seated was truly optimized. In years past they have struggled with managing crowds, and waiters looked visibly frazzled but this time they had sufficient staff on duty. The chef did a walk through of the floor and asked how we were enjoying our meal. Everything served was delicious, it was definitely money well spent with a great ambiance - not too loud or quiet. There was enough background noise for our toddler to be a wee bit loud without disturbing others but not so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk. Overall it was a relaxed, wonderful experience and I would definitely go back. They do charge up front for the reservation - initially I was a little put off by that but the day of, I really saw the value - it helped streamline everything and it was great that no one had to ask for the check, and waiters could focus on waiting tables not on whether Table X paid or not.

   The manager mixed up our reservation. We waited an hour to get seated. Our table for 6 was given to someone else. We were seated outside in the scorching heat. After complaining about our seating arrangement, we were relocated inside. The table we were given was a table for 4 people. We had 6 people, so it was so very crammed. We couldn't move. We were there for an hour and a half. We never saw a waiter. We went to the bar ourselves to get drinks. The lamb was tough and overcooked. The chicken was very dry. The turkey, roast beef, and ham were excellent. Overall, we were very disappointed.

   The buffet food was very good. We were seated at the table we requested at the time of the reservation. The manager was very helpful and polite. However, the service of getting drinks and cleaning off the plates on the table was not done in a timely manner. This is the third holiday buffet we have attended, and the service and food on the first two were superb.

   First time at La Hacienda for Grand Easter brunch buffet- food was delicious, reservation was on time, staff were pleasant and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

   I missed the shrimp and lox this year at Easter brunch but loved the ease of Open Table booking this year, brilliant. Wonderful as always.

    Attended the Easter brunch in 2024 and was hoping to enjoy the same exceptional experience this year, but that was not the case. This year, there were far too many people being served, as well as the food was not nearly as tasty as the previous year. Unfortunately, the expansion of tables and people was not done to the best advantage, I would describe this year's experience as "Golden Corral with a mimosa".....not for us at all and will not be planning to attend in the upcoming years.
