Very beautiful ambiance, waiter very nice and attentive. Food was awesome, a little high priced but delicious!
I loved the waitress that attended to us, she was very helpful every step of the way from Appetizer, to main course, to drinks and desserts.
Loved the ambiance of the place and not sure if they were having an off night. But the wagyu burger was very salty and was not served medium rare as requested - to be honest couldn’t even finish it. The onion soup, duck breast, and steak tartare were exceptional. The escargot lacked in butteriness and dimensional flavor. The tomahawk was mediocre in flavor but was happy with how it was cooked. The desserts were stunning. So overall it was ehhh.
We had a wonderful experience at La Grand Boucherie. The drinks, food, ambiance and service were 5 star. Looking forward to our next trip back.
Amazing food, drinks and service. Incredible ambiance.
Fantastic food, very busy as always on a Friday.
Great staff. Sommelier was very good. Good and atmosphere was really nice! Would return!
The duck was delicious and so was the mousse au chocolat. Definitely recommend this great restaurant.
Excellent atmosphere, cocktails and food. Highly recommend.
So-so French food in a cavernous space with deafening acoustics. La Grande Boucherie is a French food factory that is designed to drive through a large number of diners and ensure they make it to the theatre in time.
The outdoor setting is lovely. Feels like being in Paris.
great food. lovely setting and terrific service. Fun!
Everything was amazing. Beautiful atmosphere and fabulous food!!! Highly recommend!
Great location & ambiance! Super service. Good wines. Yummy!
For the price, food was marginal. Salad was overdressed and soggy. Wines were expensive. Broth for mussels was mostly water. Filet was okay, but I was underwhelmed overall. Dinner for 2, with tip was $340!! Would not go back.
The food was delicious- excellent salad and entrees. Service was attentive but slow as the place filled up after 5pm. But we would happily go back!
Too noisy. But everything else was fine.
Went for a birthday celebration and it was fabulous! Good food and service and a beautiful environment
Great experience! It's like being transported to Paris. Will go back... service was fantastic!
French food poorly executed. Steak house and bar. Look elsewhere if you what tasty abs quality French food.
Anna, our server, was lovey, patient and attentive. Aaron, the sommelier, couldn’t have been more informed and generous with his time. We ordered the Coq au Vin, which was enough for two adults, and the salmon. Both were delicious.
Celebrating the apt purchase of one of my client
For something reputed to be a fine dining, the restaurant fell far short. First, one point needs to be made, the outdoor seating was not outdoors, but in sort of a large indoor mall area. There were openings on either side, however, nothing that I believe would make it any safer. As for the food, it was rather bland, and certainly nothing that would warrant the prices that were being charged. I could barely taste either the cod or the crab meat with which it was stuffed. As for service, not the friendliest waiter, and I certainly didn't appreciate being hovered over while I was reviewing the check. I might have given this one additional star in the food and service categories had this been a medium price range restaurant, but taking into account the prices, this was simply not a fine dining experience by any stretch of the imagination.
10 out of 10 every time. I bring local and non local friends here often for an exceptional meal and experience any time of day
Very good food and service. Terrible
The food was disgusting.
Duck was so dry as to be almost inedible. Greens were gritty with sand. My husband’ steak frites were ordinary. To be fair, I was not then charged for my meal - a nice gesture. However, next day I did not feel well at all. Might be a coincidence!?
reliably good french. waiters very attentive and nice
Todo estuvo espectacular!
Very good food in a pleasant atmosphere. We sat "outside" which is under the atrium roof. Waiter was nice and service was attentive.
Food OK. Service was very slow. Waited 45 minutes for the check.
Food delicious. Restaurant looks fabulous. Servers very friendly and competent
The hostess was incredibly rude. After having to wait in line, even though we had a reservation, she chastised us for taking so long. And though we had most of our large group there, she would not seat us even though there were tables. Completely unnecessary and unfriendly attitude.
My beloved Tout va Bien is closed and found this alternative, true to form it is very much a bistro but a madhouse (which they managed very well) on a Sunday afternoon pre-matinee . I ate at the bar and loved it, the moules frites were classic and the creme brulee in my top ten. Lunch for 1 w/2 glasses of wine and tip: $125.
Very accommodating! Table was ready on time. Initially we were seated in a dark corner, but the host team was incredibly accommodating in finding a table we were happy with. Food and service were fantastic! Beautiful location!
Amazing atmosphere, amazing food and amazing service. I will be returning for brunch!
We were in New York for two days and wanted to do brunch before walking around Central Park and visiting the Met. Great location, wonderful ambience, very tasty food! A great start to our day!
The place itself is lovely and we sat in the atrium. We arrived on time for our 8:00 reservation, we’re seated about 10 minutes later because of the line up at the hostess station. We did not receive our entrees for a full hour after we placed our order. Luckily we were not in a rush.
I will not name our server, but look up our 7:45 reservation for 2 . I actually mentioned BIRTHDAY in my reservation, as it was. Not sure if this is ever noticed anyway. Seated very quickly. Server was at our table quickly and promptly took our orders. Wine came after I started entree. Sever came once during entire meal. Never asked if I’d like more wine. Never asked if we would like dessert. Meal was over. No service. Just a miserable wait to get the check and get out. Didn’t ruin our birthdays, but can’t believe I bothered to research and make reservations here. Huge disappointment.
