    Namik was an amazing server. His attention to detail was unmatched. So kind, attentive and able to answer any questions. The food was phenomenal and steak was cooked to perfection! Highly recommend this location and restaurant. Will definitely be back in the future when visiting NYC and will become regulars if one should open in DC.

    In my opinion, it’s tricky to make French food worth the price. We gave it a chance here. Make reservations, although we still had to wait at the bar for a bit. The hostess did an excellent job managing the interested diners arriving. Impressive restaurant to be seated in, well designed and decorated. We had coq au vin. It was quite pricey and turned out good -to-very good, but by no means excellent. Service was fine, although waiters were a bit abrupt at times. Dessert was delicious, crème brûlée, smooth silky with very tasty strawberries to top. I’m glad to have had the experience since there’s much talk about it. Will I be drawn back to it soon? Probably not.

    Had an absolutely fabulous Birthday Sunday Brunch with family and friends. Very accommodating for my 104 year old Aunt in a wheelchair. Food and service was outstanding. Simply the BEST! Thank you!

    My experience here was average. It felt more like a factory getting people in and out then anything special. The food was just OK. The endive salad with blue cheese and grapes was strangely spicy. The onion soup was average, salty, not very flavorful. My mussels were also average, I had originally wanted coq au vin but it was sold out... My husband liked his steak frites. It is an interesting place for people watching, but not for great food.

    Une heure d’attente pour venir nous dire qu’il n’y avait plus de côtes de porc aux morilles. On nous propose de remplacer la côte par une entrecôte. Ok mais la sauce n’est jamais arrivée. Courbettes détestable du manger pour essayer de récupérer les erreurs.

    Food was ok, not spectacular. Certainly not worth the price. If you are seated in the main areas, the ambience is outstanding with lovely vaulted ceilings. However, the side areas feel claustrophobic- tables close together, low ceilings, etc. We were seated in a side area immediately next to a server station. One of our diners was continuously being hit in the back as servers used the server station. Not ideal

    Food was very good and fresh. But nothing out of the ordinary. Plating needs work. For the price tag I expected something really special. I ordered a filet mignon that cost more than $65 a plate. The steak was wonderful and tender. But it was put on top of mashed potatoes? It down graded the experience for me.

    Our server was Jaymee . She was all smile . It was very busy in the restaurant but she was great to keep an eye on us . Again place is huge and busy but somehow we felt like it was quiet , intimate place . Food was good

    Paris in the West 50s. Attentive, friendly service despite the capacity crowd of diners. A variety of breakfast/brunch selections; our pain perdue and eggs Norwegian were quite good, along with a side order of crisp, high quality bacon. Strongly recommend.

    It’s like being transported to Paris!! The coq a vin and steak frites were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sommelier was knowledgeable and pointed out an excellent rośe . Our server was Ozzy who was attentive yet not intrusive, he struck the right balance. I will be dining here again

    Had an amazing lunch here with my boyfriend! The whole staff was lovely, especially Dorji! He was very attentive and never rushed us when we couldn’t decide what to order.     Visiting on vacation, ordered breakfast, the food was EXCELLENT! The restaurant is beautiful and very visually appealing. A little expensive for breakfast but if you go in with the understanding you will be paying elevated dining prices while traveling than $75 for le continental breakfast for 2 will not be surprising. The service was par. The waitstaff not friendly. But if you want an adorable place with fantastic atmosphere it might be worth visit while in town.

    Make a reservation to stand in a line with people who don't have reservations. And then get made to wait equally with those that didn't have a reservation. Why bother having reservations. Then to get seated next to a work area with rags and extra chairs. This place is Great!

    My fiancée and I visited the restaurant on Valentine’s Day. We really loved that they sat us in the second floor balcony which made the experience that much more intimate. The food and atmosphere was great for the ocasión. We would definitely recommend.

    The reason why I only gave 1 star is because on valentine’s day, I had a dinner reservation and they gave me a table 1 hour later. Then they told us that they only offered a prefix 3-course menu which was $145 per person. The food took SO long to come, especially in between the appetizer and main course. This outing was extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this place to anyone trying to celebrate a special occasion.

    This was the worst meal ever at this restaurant. I’ll blame it in Valentines night. My steak was cold & overcooked you were out of lamb at 8:00 dessert was very limited Service was ok but not up to your regular standard. This used to be my favorite restaurant especially for special occasions I contacted the restaurant because I did not want the price fixe only to get a call on my way there saying no Al la charge this was the start of my bad experience. We did manage to order but confused our waiter by ordering oysters and shrimp cocktail. Over all it was not a pleasant experience.

    My partner and I made reservations here in advance for Valentine’s day. We understand there’s a Valentines menu, but upon making the reservation, and calling again about a week before the reservation, we called to ensure that we could order off the regular menu. My partner has dietary restrictions, along with if we’re paying for a special occasion we’d like the option to choose what we’d like. Both times we spoke to someone at Boucherie we were assured that we would be able to order off the menu. However, exactly 33 minutes before our reservation, our coats on and heading out the door, I get a call saying that they’re not serving anything off the menu. I expressed my concern and the person I spoke to said he could move our reservation to a different location, which was kind, but to over an hour later. I asked for a different location, and he could accommodate us for in half an hour, which we appreciated. I will say there was no acknowledgement of this inconvenience both on the phone and upon our arrival at the restaurant, despite our evening plans being changed extremely last minute. The food and drinks were spectacular (order the escargot!), but I will say while we acknowledge it was a busy evening, our server did not check in on us really, and brought out my tea after finishing our dessert, so we sent it back and asked for the bill. Despite trying to flag him down from other tables, he did not attend to us other than to take our orders, with no refills of our bread basket and did not check for more rounds of drinks. Over all we were both disappointed primarily with the service, but the ambiance and food were very romantic and delicious.

    Misled on outrageously priced Valentine’s Day dinner. Every restaurant on open table warns of special holiday pricing with the word ‘experience’ when there is special event pricing. But not this one. Wound up with an almost $400 tab, including tip and a single glass of wine. Food was decent, but not great. Service was efficient but lacked any semblance of warmth. There are much better ways to enjoy a dinner out. I shouldn’t need to scroll any further than the time available to know there was a holiday dinner, nor should I have to visit the website. Shame on them.
