Sunday before Memorial Day…wasn’t busy at all. My son and I got chips and guacamole. I tried the fried plantains. They were bland. He had the empanadas…they were ok. He ordered the bbq quesadilla taco….and said it was just ok. I had the short rib taco….meat was not seasoned. My rice and beans were cold. His fries looked old and cold. The rosé sangria was good. The blackberry margarita was too strong and tasted a little like cough medicine.

Made a reservation for 7pm, had to wait for the host to seat us for 15 min. He was very unorganized and another family was waiting for 30 min even thought made a reservation at 6:45. The waiter was very nice, but we got our appetizer before our drinks. Very slow. Disappointing.

The restaurant was very crowded and loud at 6:30 0n a lovely Thursday evening..service started a bit slow but picked up. We all enjoyed our Salmon fajitas and crispy. fish tacos, The guac needed no refinements and definitely go back if I was in the area.

The hostess was kind and accommodating. The restaurant has a convenient location. The food here was just ok. Our waitress was good, she was both attentive and helpful. But the rest of the staff was either new or just really not good at their job. The food runners, and busers were bringing food and drinks to our table throughout our meal that wasn’t ours. Like literally over a dozen times some one was trying to give us things we didn’t order or ask for, which just means they don’t know the table numbers. Dirty plates sat for about 10-15 minutes after everyone was done eating. That’s the busers job, clear dirty plates and assist the wait staff with a smoother dining experience. The food was mediocre at best. We all got fajitas. The chicken was undercooked and all the food was under flavored. The quac and salsa were undersized in my opinion and the chips weren’t authentic tasting at all. I get the area/demographic they’re catering to and I can understand the lack of flavor. But it’s basically like Chilis with smaller portions. I’d could happily never come back here.

We had reservations for 6 and they were running 25 minutes late in seating us. They said they were waiting for a 2nd table to leave but when we were finally seated, it was at ONE booth not 2 tables out together. Food was very good but a little pricey in my opinion but I wasn't paying do that was a plus. Side note, it was Cinquo de Mayo so that may have been a reason for the delay.

We came to celebrate my dad’s birthday because it is one of his favorite restaurants in the area. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and the options were limitless. So glad we came and will be coming back more often.

We had 6:45 reservations for dinner. We sat at the table for 5-10 minutes without acknowledgement (and it was not super busy). Our server finally came over w/ the free chips and salsa and later, some water. Small plates were half off--a nice surprise. Server did not check to see how our food was after it came out or offer any refills for drinks other than water. Food was pretty tasty (made tastier by the 1/2 off deal). I've always liked The Food Market (both locations), and I would probably return here for the small plates deal or maybe Taco Tuesday & hope for better service.

I went with my husband for the first time Saturday night. The menu was full of delicious sounding items but we both decided to get fajitas. My husband enjoyed his chicken fajita very much. I was a bit disappointed with the short rib variety and would not order that type again. Overall, the food was good and the portion sizes were large. We will return.

We love the food at La Marketa. This time was no exception. Usually, we get served within reasonable times. Unfortunately this time, we had to wait for over 1 hr for our food to arrive. We had some chips and salsa. Our server brought some extra chips (without salsa) the wait was too long. But, as said before, food was good.

The food is always amazing. Our meal was so yummy! We started with Nacho Tots (must have), then moved on to the Broccoli Birria Tacos, Birria Tacos and the Strawberry Shortcake Churros. Delish!

I'm going to steal a buzzword from Gordon Ramsey. This was "elevated" Mexican food. It's not the kind that you will find in your garden variety Tex-Mex restaurant; it's much better and reasonably priced. service is excellent as well. Highly recommend!

The chips and queso are a must! As is the street corn. I had the Smashburger Tostada and it was so delicious. The Gucci Lemonade (blueberry mint) was very refreshing. We wanted to try the strawberry shortcake churros but they were out. We were given a fried ice cream on the house and it hit the spot!

We enjoyed our meals very much. Went on a Saturday at lunch time and wait for our food was kind of long. We noticed only 3 cooks, probably not enough for the number of people in the restaurant. But our server was great, and food was good.

I have eaten at FM many times. The service from Ron was very good, my dinner companions enjoyed the tuna poke bowl (I have it before and it's great), empanadas, and tostadas. Sadly, my short rib saltado, which is one of my favorites and something I have eaten many times, was over salted, not to the point of being inedible but so that it was not enjoyable. Please tell the kitchen to not have such a heavy hand with the salt.
