   This restaurant has changed for the worse. The bread and vegetables are cut in advance, it is not fresh and dry. The service was not great either, big disappointment. We used to celebrate all of our family birthdays there, we definitely need to find a new place.

   The rectangular table makes it difficult for the wait staff to collect plates so they collect used plates in a regimented rude way. Having us pass our used plates and used bowls towards them - just ruined the atmosphere throughout the evening. Not friendly at all. Our burners would turn off in the middle of cooking our meat and the wait staff was not around to turn them back on so we had to figure out how to turn on ourselves. Poor service but since they are getting their 20% service fee for our party they lacked incentive to come check on us. Bad value for what you are getting so will never come back this place. Overpriced for lack of service.

   Service was great, we had the sample platter was confused on what meats we were eating. Would be nice to have some sort of chart. Wine served was nice.

    The prices have gone up a lot since we were there last, which I understand to some degree. It was a significant increase though, and we felt some of the portions of meat were less.

    We visited La Fondue for our 4th anniversary and we were (mostly) very happy with the visit. The ambience is especially nice, and our server went the extra mile to make it special for us, even though he was obviously quite busy. My biggest complaints were that the air-conditioning was blasting us all night even though it was frigid outside, and we were forced to wear our jackets throughout dinner, which was quite uncomfortable. Also didn't love the "cook it yourself at your table" system. Even though the food in that case was uber-fresh, at the price it did feel like we had to do most of the work. Our server saved the day though with the delicious chocolate fondu at the end of the meal, and a couple of flutes of complimentary sparkling cider to help celebrate the day. Definitely recommended especially for special occasions, though I'd suggest taking the a la carte route (and request a table that is not within reach of the overzealous A/C).

    We had reservations for 8pm and were seated 25 minutes late while people who came after us were seated first. On top of that we had to ask for our drinks multiple times, and then were rushed out to make room for higher paying customers. The chocolate and desserts to dip were nothing special. Not to mention the forced 20% service fee for this experience.

    Despite reservation, we had to wait 30min until we got our table. Food quality was mediocre at best, i.e. not much value for the money. High noise level.

    My husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day at LaFondue for the first time. The problem was the "set" menu. It was way to expensive for what portions we received for our meal. It was $135.00 per person, and we felt like it was not worth the cost. We have been to LaFondue on several other occasions, but will never come for Valentine's day again....way to expensive, not worth it at all!

    We booked for my birthday, I felt a little anxious because it was our first time in the restaurant and with this type of food, BUT EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL thanks to DAVID!!! He was kind, patient, gentle, smiling, despite the fact that my parents do not speak English, he made them understand the entire process, he knew the characteristics of the food very well, the use of utensils and all, he was always aware of every little detail !!! He made us feel happy and want to return a thousand times... the food at the place + the attention of a waiter like david is the perfect combination of the success of a good restaurant, thanks DAVID !!

    Celebrating Galentine’s Day with friends and we had wonderful time. My friends loved the experience and the food. The service was good, decorations were beautiful for pictures, photo-booth was set up, and love the interior decorations.

    The server, Jocelyn was excellent… The manager came over asking if we wanted extra dessert items which was a nice touch, but Jocelyn had already asked… Very good service!

    We usually go to La Fondue once a year to celebrate a birthday or other special occasion. We went last night and the food was excellent as always. They haven't really changed anything about what they offer, and we really like the food: the cheese, the grilled meat, and the chocolate. The reason for the 3-star review is that the prices have gone up... a lot! I wasn't surprised to see some kind of increase since last year. But the new prices are about 50% higher than last year! As other reviews have noted, the prices are now per person instead of per serving. We had to ask for clarification because the menu is vague about it. With tax and tip (now called a "service fee" and automatically added to your bill at a rate of 20%), it came out to more than $100/person... and that didn't include wine or drinks. I was expecting more like $65/person. I would still recommend La Fondue because I love the food and the whole fondue idea. But I would make sure they realized how expensive it has become. As for us, I don't know if we'll go back due to the cost.

    The experience and food were great but the service was such a downer. Our waitress, Chelsea, did NOT want to be there. She was extremely bothered if you asked a question or needed assistance. Before our dessert fondue, we asked for extra cream puffs, cookie dough and rice Kristina treats. She didn’t even look at us and said ok. After we sat there for 10 minutes with our chocolate ready to eat in front of us, she returned with all the wrong items. Not one item was correct so she returned another 10 minutes later. When people are paying over $600 for a meal, you would hope the service would be great. We would of tipped her much less but she racked on an automatic service charge. Perhaps that’s why she knows she doesn’t have to treat customers well? Such a shame.

    The food was not as delicious as usual and the sauces were terrible. We had to ask a few times for extra olive juice for a martini and for our grill to be turned up. It was then so high that our entire are was smoked out. I don’t think we’d return and the value for the price was not there:(

    We have been coming here for the last 20+ years and the menu has been consistent and enjoyable. We’ve often come here as a treat since the cost is quite a lot. However tonight we felt totally gauged. The menu pricing has always been pricing for 2 although now the pricing is listed as per person however no where on the menu does it indicate this. Imagine our surprise when our bill was double what it has always been for our family of four. When I asked the waitress about this she said pricing is per person. I said that has never been the case and it is not indicated anywhere on the menu. In short we will never be back. The amount of food for the cost is outrageous. We could have gotten a fantastic meal at Morton’s or any other 5 star restaurant for a fraction of the price. Be very aware of this place as the new menu is misleading. It saddens me as this was a fun treat we use to take the kids to. Not anymore. There are much better places out there. Better quality and pricing.

    First time! All of the staff was so nice and polite, from the valet attendants, host and servers. Our server Sammie was the best, completely explained everything! Very attentive and helpful. The decor was great, along with the eclectic music. Leesa and I will definitely bring friends next time!

    We were really looking forward to this dinner to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. Service was good. Food quality was not up to par-vegetables were spoiled. Not ideal for a vegetarian. Table next to us grilled a lot of meat which left us smelling like meat…need some ventilation.

    We have been going to La Fondue for so many years but hadn't been in three years due to the pandemic. Unfortunately they changed the menu you must order to meals. But the food was as good as I remember and the service was great. One thing to note is their outdoor dining is not outdoors at all. It's an enclosed spaced with no outside ventilation.
